Then I called to cancel a ride because hospital send me an email that they are going to pay for transportation. Harold doesn't want to pay my son's $275 back, however, he promised to do so. He waited for her for a little while, and then offered to come back 90 minutes later after he helped another scheduled client. He kept his word and was even a bit early returning. I can't express how grateful I was that he was able to accommodate us - he really went above and beyond what I could ever reasonably expect. I thought for sure I'd need to take the rest of the day off work to transport my aunt myself, but Daniel saved the day. Payment was incredibly fair and easy to arrange, too.
