He gave her very reasonable quote for the service, but I wasn't able to afford it and I was in between switching insurance, so I didn't know if the new insurance I got was going to cover it so it was, something I couldn't take advantage of at the time. But I just recommend the friendliness and professionalism and just really caring about your transportation situation. So I will use them if I find out my insurance will pay. I was in a quandary as I needed an outpatient surgical procedure that required a "responsible adult" to come in and attest to transporting me home before the Scripps Rancho Bernardo ambulatory surgical center would perform my procedure as it required administration of medication preventing driving myself home. I did not have any friends or family available at the time, and the center would not accept Uber, Lyft, or taxi service (liability issues). I'm under 60, so do not qualify for any other medical transport/escort services in San Diego. The owner and my driver were professional, courteous, prompt, and the ride/experience was comfortable. There is a huge need in the Rancho Bernardo 55+ and other retirement areas for their type of services and I highly recommend. It's not as cheap as Uber, but then again it's much more than just a transportation service. read more

Harold is the most amazing, compassionate transport specialist I have ever had the pleasure to meet. My brother is terminally ill. As his sister, I take his care very seriously. Harold offers amazing pricing, prompt service, always returns your phone call within the hour. For example, my brother was not properly secured in his wheelchair by the senior care home prior to being picked up. Harold was worried about this and did his best to "make due". He knew my brother was in need of speedy transport. When my brother tried to get out of the chair upon arrival to the hospital, (against all advice of course), he fell out of the chair onto the floor of the van. Instead of waiting for Covid procedures at the ER to "kick in", which was ridiculously slow to respond, my hero, Harold decided to devise a super safe & methodical way to get my brother back into his wheelchair!! By the time the staff finally got their "stuff" together and came to assist... well, you know the story... my brother was already being checked into the ER for very serious medical isues. Also, Harold delivers precious cargo - making 300 trips per month. He's an amazing referral source for the best senior care facilities!! Jeff was telling me how wonderful his service is and the driver stays at the appointment with you so you don't have to wait to be picked up in the doctors office like the big companies do. I had scheduled a 1:30pm pick up as my doctors appointment was at 2:pm. At 1:35 I called Jeff and he stated that the driver tried to call me to say he was on his way but I didn't answer,which was a lie,and I told him I did not have a missed call. Can I just say I have never had better customer service then they provided. If I could rate them higher than a "5" I would. I was in last minute situation whereas my ride to a medical procedure scheduled for this past Saturday 7/24 had to cancel and I had no one else to drive me due to family and friends being out of town for soccer tournaments. I called after 7:30pm last Thursday and Jeff answered the phone very professionally even though I thought I was going to just get a answering machine. I explained my situation and with no hesitation he said "I got this". He just had to check with his other driver and that if he didn't get back to him, we were good to go. Saturday morning I was kind of nervous not only for the surgery but wondering if they would actually show up.... but no worries. Jeff himself instead of the extra driver showed up not only on time but 25 minutes early. Jeff is so supper friendly and and so professional. Come to find out after he dropped me off he was going to his Nephews grade school graduation in between coming back to pick me up in an estimated 3-4 hours. Of course I was done sooner than expected and Jeff was right there waiting to sign me out and bring me home. He didn't only drop me off but made sure I made it in the house and that someone was actually home since I was pretty drugged up. I could not have asked for anything more.
