I scheduled a test drive in advance, but when I arrived on the appointed day, an employee named Anton told me the car was supposedly in service. After waiting for some time, it became clear I would not see the vehicle at all, so I left -- having wasted about three hours of my time, as well as money on gas and tolls for the trip there and back. When I expressed that I did not want these optional packages and that I should not be obligated to pay for them, the manager informed me that they would not proceed with the sale unless I agreed to include both packages. This experience was extremely disappointing. It is unacceptable for a dealership to pressure customers into purchasing unnecessary add-ons as a condition for buying a vehicle. Such practices feel unethical and unprofessional. I came there at 12:00 with money.I left at 3:00 without car. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with A-Motors. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door.
