EDIT: The sales manager Vlad worked closely with me to get the financing issue sorted out. It's too…read morebad I was not able to hold onto the vehicle, but it could have become a much worse situation. Thanks to Vlad and the rest of the sales team, the problem was smoothly resolved. BEWARE THIS DEALERSHIP!! They sold me a car they did not own! Called me a month after I signed the contract to tell me they're unable to register the car because they could not get the title. Even though I was upset I worked with them to return the car. They gave me a refund on the down payment, but they're dragging their feet with paying off the financing which I am still being held responsible for! Moreover, the car is now being sold at another dealership, so now I'm financed for a someone else's car!! Stay away!

This used car dealer runs their business in a very strange way, shifting their inventory problems…read moreonto customers. I happened to see a 2017 Range Rover they had for sale and went to test drive it, but it turned out the vehicle needed repairs -- there was a strong humming noise from underneath that was clearly felt inside the cabin. I refused to consider it further. A few days later, one of their employees suggested that I pay out of pocket to diagnose the issue with that same 2017 Range Rover. I explained that pushing their problems onto a buyer is unacceptable and frankly ridiculous, especially since the car is advertised as being in proper working condition. Then, a few days later, the same employee called again and said they had another Range Rover, this time a 2018 model. I scheduled a test drive in advance, but when I arrived on the appointed day, an employee named Anton told me the car was supposedly in service. After waiting for some time, it became clear I would not see the vehicle at all, so I left -- having wasted about three hours of my time, as well as money on gas and tolls for the trip there and back. Also, be careful with their pricing -- in both cases, the price listed on their website was about 10% lower than the price they quoted upon arrival.

BUYER BEWARE! This dealer sold me a dirty, damaged luxury vehicle: crumbs in the interior, mud in…read morethe trunk, broken grill, crooked logo and severely scratched windshield which impairs driver vision. They refused to replace grill, telling me it was "cosmetic" and did not effect drivability, and had me pay for a new one and for the installation. They jack up advertised prices and charged extra for "customer advantage package" once you are in their showroom. After being promised these repairs, taking my car back several times and them NOT performing the work promised, I am forced to post this review. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Steer clear of buying any vehicle from them!

Terrible experience at A -Motors. Watch attentive people…read morewhat you are paying there. Today, I visited A-Motors at, with the intention of purchasing a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC. However, I was denied the opportunity to buy the vehicle because I refused to pay for two additional packages: 1. Dealer Advantage Package priced at 2995 (after they put it $1,995) 2. FlexProtect priced at $899. When I expressed that I did not want these optional packages and that I should not be obligated to pay for them, the manager informed me that they would not proceed with the sale unless I agreed to include both packages. This experience was extremely disappointing. It is unacceptable for a dealership to pressure customers into purchasing unnecessary add-ons as a condition for buying a vehicle. Such practices feel unethical and unprofessional. I came there at 12:00 with money.I left at 3:00 without car. I would advise potential buyers to be cautious when dealing with A-Motors. Ensure you thoroughly review all additional charges and stand firm against any unwarranted fees. My experience suggests that this dealership prioritizes upselling over customer satisfaction. I hope my feedback helps others make informed decisions and encourages A-Motors to reconsider their sales tactics.

I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

What it sounds to me is that Darren cahoots with the finance company and so if you don't finance them they don't make additional money off of you - total scam and I called prior to showing up to confirm when I got there the price was different and they tried to tell me that I had to purchase the low jack and some diamond package both of which were well over $1000 in the end they wanted to sell me a $7000 to $9000 car for $18,000 when all and done with their bullshit, this practice is criminal anybody that buys a car from this used car dealer good luck.
