This regarding phone contact: Meh. Typical Brooklyn car leasing experience. A polite person answered the phone and transferred me to sales. Bored sounding fast speaking male answered and immediately asked me how much I'm spending and how much I'm willing to spend (ick) instead of what factors are important to me. I told him I was spending about 240/month on my civic and he told me I could get a fully loaded Civic for 240. When I told him I wanted detailed information and asked if I should email separate queries for each make/model he told me he could give me the information on the phone. When you VOLUNTEER to help someone on the phone you'd better enjoy having conversations, not be rushed and enjoy informing people. NOT. I asked him for the range of prices and he sounded a little defensive (hmmmm) saying, "there's six different trims..which one do you want?" Ummm....ok....that's why I'm called a leasing expert with a ton of great Yelp reviews. "Can you tell me what you get in the different packages?' I think the LX is the cheaper one for example." "179" OK - I won't belabor the point...he answered every question I asked, was not particularly forthcoming and I found it very irritating that he was immediately pushing me to get a car at my price limit. As soon as someone is leasing a Honda civic you know they're interested in keeping costs down and safety. Duh. So why be impatient at a value-minded customer if you're working in customer service. It's called customer service not customer information for a reason. Star breakdown for a phone experience: - 1 star for waiting to pick up - 1 star for pushing me up to my max immediately - 1 star for not willingly explaining (you're the expert - teach me. I hung up mentioning that I'd visit in the afternoon. after running some errands, visited them at just before 4pm, and the place was closed. no calls received, no call forwarding, no messages.
