We took it out for 25 min and drove it around then got out and looked the car over. Went back and purchased it. The listed price was very competitive and there were no surprises. We paid the listed prices plus a small doc fee which everyone charges. Tax, title, license we will pay in our home state. We were happy there were no dealer prep fees like we saw with some places where they charge you $2500 to give the thing a car wash. Mike was clear - we pay the listed price plus the doc fee and that was indeed it. Very transparent on pricing. We are very happy with our purchase and our experience there.

Autospot was the last stop after searching for the vehicle I wanted. The salesmen/dealer who I'd been in contact with was pleasant on the phone, with his emails and in person. He eagerly talked up the vehicle and answered questions I had about it. So far so good but when now we start negotiating, for the first time I'd seen at a dealer with all the other "fees" the car came out to be almost $1500 more than the list price! Heads up guys you're supposed to decrease the price in order to move the car. Clearly its about money at this point. We go back and forth with the "authorization fee" and "documentation fee" and whatever else he pulled out and settled on a price. Even after that we had to negotiate the inclusion of a replaced windshield that they wanted to charge for! It was badly cracked. They turned around and did it in a couple short hours and we made a deal which was good. The location is right off of Rt. 17 and huddled together with several other dealers which makes the area a bit congested, so if you go -- ask one of the dealers to park in a bay. So is it worth it? I'd say yes. Go ready to haggle and sniff out nonsense they try to get over on. Someone knowledgeable about cars or sales is a plus but just have your wits about you and dont be too quick to answer yes about everything. They have a large selection of preowned cars and they were nice which should be a given but does help the process.

They offered to show me other vehicles that might peak my interest but the situation got worse as the more vehicles they showed me I realized they were selling vehicles with issues. Some had oil leaking in the transmission as well as debris as if squirrels or rats were resting there. Some engines had knocking noises and check engine lights on. I couldn't believe they were offering vehicles like this to the public. If you are reading this consider this a heads up and a warning to look for another dealership because this clearly wasn't it. I purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty from Anthony Petrullo which was sold to me on the premise that it was like new, fully inspected, one owner no issues. Well, less then 700 miles out of the gate and a check engine light came on. I will not go into detail of the problems with this Jeep because other problems are likely hidden and my pending suit will disclose all found. Do your homework folks, start with all the deceptive reviews. The Royalty Auto positive reviews are fake. Start with the review by Marissa Petrullo (daughter of Anthony) or Anthony Perona, fictitious, and you will get the picture. Reviews that have no comment or 1 review, 100% fake. If the reviewer has more then one review then look at who they reviewed and you will see the cross review scam. I will also site google being complicit in allowing these fake reviews by non-customers. When I asked Anthony the history of the vehicle I was told it was clean but Anthony said he was having trouble getting a CarFax printed while waiting for my loan approval, but assured me again, it was clean, (I went in fair and trusted him, big mistake) (1) owner when in fact it was in (3) accidents and (2) previous owners. I did not find out the true history until after I had completed my loan and the check was given to Mr Petrullo, and only on 7/12/19 did Mr Petrullo finally produce a Carfax report for me, but still stated it was (1) owner and only a small bumper accident, both statements untrue. One thing that I will give Mr Petrullo credit for is replacing the cracked windshield which was hidden by a large advertising sticker prior to and during the sale. This is a vehicle which I was charged $15,221.00 for but only has a resale value of $8000.00 due to the Carfax accident history which was not disclosed. I am sure Mr Petrullo will rebut claiming he gave me an adjustment on the cost when in fact he sold me a vehicle for $14,005 ($15,221 tax & tags) which has a book value of less then $8000 due to the Carfax history which was not disclosed during sale. The $2000 adjustment was in fact the balance on my trade in of $5500 which Mr Petrullo then sold the same day for another $2500 profit in addition to the $6000 profit on the Jeep. As of 7/24/19 I have not received my tags, registration or the one year warranty (which I found out is a worthless Cars Protection Plus warranty) which was promised upon sale, nor have I been contacted as to the whereabouts of the aforementioned. The statements made above are 100% truthful and accurate. In no way shall these facts be misconstrued as slander. Bottom line folks, do not trust this dealer.

I had mentioned that I had some issues with my I drive and after they took my money to "certify the car" they told me everything was fine. I brought the car back several time with continued issues with the I drive and they continued to tell me they could not "replicate the problem". After I on multiple occasions insisted there was a problem they "inspected" the I drive in more detail and they said there was no issue and they " cleaned out the device" but everything passed their tests and looked fine. immediately after picking up the car the I drive issue was worse. After returning the car to look into the issue in more detail all of a sudden out on nowhere they then claimed " there was traces of liquid that were not or almosy not visible by the eye" I asked them that there was an issue before being certified , they certified it , then they said there was no problem and then magically there was " signs of liquid that could not be seen by the eye " The dealership is saying to replace the troubled unit is $6,000.00 $ plus even though they certified the unit until there was a problem and then they clam they was no visible signs of "liquid" despite there was never a liquid spill in the vehicle. After trying to find a solution with the dealership they were not accommodating and were rude in me trying to resolve the issue in a mutually beneficial solution where they were not exploiting their loyal BMW customer. Pleas reconsider working with this dealership as I have worked with other NJ dealerships who have been much more accommodating I only wish I had bought the BMW from a more customer focused dealership which appears to be any other BMW dealership in NJ. Avoid this dealership at all coasts as they DO NOT CARE about their customers and only seek to exploits them for their own financial gains. If you reach out I am happy to explain how they lied and exploited my wife an my faith to take our money.
