DO NOT BUY! I bought a 2018 Q5 from this dealership. I found a good price and it was what I was looking for. At signing, I was hit with a $3,000 "accessory charge" in addition to the asking price that was never disclosed until signing. Ultimately, i was invested in this car and negotiated the price down and ended up buying it. This dealer is as stereotypical as it comes, a bunch of shady liars with no principle whatsoever. It's truly a shame that places like this exist and refuse to conduct business in an ethical and transparent manner. Their practices are truly predatory. For example, in addition to the unsolicited charge, I was told 2 keys came with the vehicle. The vehicle was shipped with only one key and then the manager Jon hung up the phone on me when I called to confront the situation. All I wanted was for them to do the right thing and rightfully give me the second key or reimburse me for the price as that's what I was told before signing. Not only this, but my salesman told me the dealership TOOK AWAY HIS COMMISSION from the deal because of the misrepresentation pertaining to the 2 keys. Yes, they just took away the commission even though there was no monetary adjustment made for the missing key. That is theft. Additionally, they do not check their cars either. I sent the car for a pre purchase inspection and somehow both the local Audi dealership and BM missed a massive coolant leak in the car. I was unable to drive the car for a week after it arrived as a result and the leak was clear as day (see pictures). Overall, these guys are unethical, shady, and know no principle. If I could give one simple piece of advice, DO NOT BUY from them. There are plenty of cars out there, don't take the risk.

$1975 extra "Accessories" fee that they try to charge and explain it as a a way for them to compensate for their "super low" prices.

They purposely try any tactic to get you in the door and then try to pull one over the customer. After being told that a 2013 Chrysler Town & Country was no longer available, Extania referred me to a much more expensive 2016 Honda Odyssey on their website listed for $13,900, $2k over KBB value and offered the "Very Good" KBB value of $12,000 before looking. Then I received an email from Brandon McClain who told me that they can't accept offers online but if I came in they would definitely be able to make it happen. I went in today to take a look and test drive and told them that due to the deep scratches, dents in the hood and fender and loose bumper I would offer the "Good" KBB value for $11,500. Roman then drafted a sales offer at the original online price of $13,900 PLUS an additional $1975 in "accessories" that Roman described as a way for them to compensate for their "super low" prices. When I told him I would not pay the "accessories" fee and nothing higher than $12,000 he said he'd go ask his manager and came back saying no deal. They obviously thrive on tricking customers to come in and hope to somehow trick you into paying a higher price and extra "dealer fees".

I am VERY disappointed with this dishonest so called dealership, it's a ghetto shed that has 4…read moredesks in it with criminals that want to rip you off. There is no customer parking, it's jammed packed with cars that they cannot sell due to their greasy scamming business model. Their cars get stolen off of their lots and they install them with lo-jack that they make the customer pay for their problem. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for a reason! My wife and I drive 3 hours to Price (un)Wise Auto for a Honda CR-V LX (base trim) because their listing price online was $11,795. When we got there, we observed some damage on the vehicle, the rear trunk door was broken and didn't stay open. Even with all of that said, we offered $12,000 cash and since he said that he makes more money financing the deal, I told him that he could have us finance $12,000 which is over the online said list price. The salesman named "Steven G" would not give us "the real" price until the end. He said that the vehicle is $11,795, but you are forced to pay for "Lo-Jack" theft prevention service bc they steal their vehicles off of the lot, and they pass the cost to the potential buyers. So he added $900+ to the fake $11,795 price. Then he added more of the hidden fees being a "PDSI" fee of $2000 and a "destination" fee of $2,000 and a finance fee of an additional $5,000! After speaking with his manager, he came back with the true "out the door" (OTD) price of $18,593! We thought that this would be the case after reading other Google Reviews of this shady place. Before we departed and drove 3 hours in the rain, "Giselle" and "Axel" are the liars that say the online price is real and true and have no hidden fees just to get you in the door. Giselle and Axel aren't even located or work at the dealership site, they are outsourced liars. So no matter what you do, PLEASE DON'T GO TO Price Wise Auto because they will lie and try to scam you! They are all a bunch of liars that will be out to steal as much money as they can from you! Don't waste your time! like we did! These reviews from smart consumers that made that long drive and said no to being scammed! But ultimately wasted their time, money and gas! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The sales "office" is a very rusted out old trailer home. Our initial greeting at the place was a employee yelling at us to not park within the barbed-wire. We liked the safety of being inside the barbed-wire and there were plenty of spaces available. The on line reviews all say that they advertise at one price and, then, dramatically mark up the price upon arrival. This was the case with us. The lot advertised a car for $23,000 on line. When we arrived the Salesman said he couldn't sell it to us for that price, because it was "below market," and tried to sell it to us for $29K! We walked. So should you. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership…read more I purchased a vehicle here that was listed around $5,000 and was told it was a "good car" with no major issues. That was not accurate at all. After purchasing it, the vehicle became a constant source of problems. Every 2-3 months, new serious issues kept appearing, and it became clear the car had significant underlying mechanical problems that were not properly disclosed or addressed before sale. I am honestly not sure how this vehicle was sold in the condition it was in. In total, I have spent over $5,000 in repairs just to keep the car safe and running. This included engine mounts, major power steering components/valves, and a full brake system replacement (calipers, rotors, pads), along with multiple fluid flushes (brake and power steering). A mechanic later diagnosed a cylinder misfire issue that had not previously shown a check engine light. This raises serious concerns that existing problems may not have been properly identified or visible at the time of purchase. Overall, this has been an extremely expensive and frustrating experience. The vehicle required far more work than was represented, and I feel the condition of the car was significantly misrepresented at the time of sale. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership unless you are prepared for major hidden repair costs after purchase

Buyer Beware So we…read morebought a car from this establishment or more accurately from Rich because he absolutely conned us to trust him and believe that what we were getting was a reliable well cared for vehicle that was not only thoroughly checked by not only his mechanic but Nissan on Rt 22 in Hillside. Well 1 week after the 3 month warranty expired so did the transmission. I outright said to him before we finalized the deal that we were at his mercy and trusted him because we couldn't find a decent car anywhere and felt like we could trust him and he assured us that we could. At no point did he warn us we were taking a risk buying this car actually quite the contrary. Well I reached out to him to tell him about the transmission and at first he acted surprised and said let me see what I can do I'll get back you this afternoon. Well a day went by and when I didn't hear from him I called him back and guess what no answer so I called from a different number and he answered and seemed a little surprised. He said he didn't have a chance to look at the paperwork but would call me back when he did. In the mean time my husband took the car to a mechanic who said the transmission was shot and evidently was not inspected prior to being sold to us because it wasn't just a coincidence. I reached back out to Rich who then proceeded to say that this happens and was unfortunate and 5 different stories about how it happened to him . He then offered us 2 options 1. he can get us a deal on a used transmission for $1800 + labor with another 3 month warranty or 2.a man made rebuilt transmission for $3800 + labor with a 1 year warranty . I gave him the opportunity to make this right,I asked him how as a decent human being he didn't feel somewhat obligated to do the right thing his response was it's unfortunate but nothing he will do outside of the 2 options he gave us. Lesson Learned ....I'll let Karma do the rest!!! Nissan in Springfield is Giving us a New transmission for $4500.
