We also purchased an additional warranty plan, which we canceled within the cancelation period due to multiple factors. The cancelation was official on April 15, 2020, however it took until August for our return to be released from the warranty company. That wouldn't have been a problem, however Brent cashed that refund check on Aug 4, 2020 and never gave it to us. My husband and I have spent countless hours texting, calling, emailing Brent to refund us the money. The last time we spoke to him he sent $150 and promised to send the remaining $515 on the Monday (2 days away), which he never did. Now he is MIA again. He spent a lot of time using phrases like 'to be honest' while apologizing for taking so long and ignoring us, but he has not made right of the situation yet. It has been over a year since cancellation! At this point, I will have to file a small claims case in our county to get the refund back.

I am a widow who is used to her husband handling all matters related to the car. Savannah, my service advisor listened to all my concerns and answered all she could. She addressed the remainder of my concerns with the appropriate department. I had food stains on the fabric on my front passenger seat from my Grandbabies. I asked what to use to clean the seat. I was pleasantly surprised by the awesome job Carlos in the Detail Department had done to clean the seat to look like new, for no charge. I also had a problem where my tag on the front bumper was getting bent. Matthew No. 2 of the Parts Department placed a frame around my tag that will keep it from getting bent.
