I requested the name and address of the warranty company to checkout on the Better Business Bureau…read moreif they are reliable. That should have been provided when I asked which I never receive. However, the young lady was no help on questions about the vehicle and instead of giving me the information on the car that i needed to know. She asked me "What information I won't to know???" On top of that, the cars she was scrolling through on the computer even the print off I had, were $36-$40,000, which I had a copy of the price online if I recall $28,000 which I gave to the female which claim she knew nothing about. She took it to the manager and we waited about 20 minutes before she came back, Then she said the car would be going to auction unless I purchase it today!? Also she tacked on a docking fee $999.99 which is not law in GA. Next she had to go and drive to the store and get gas while we waited about another 20 minutes. So I drove the car and notice the shaking on the front of the vehicle which it had been wrecked. The back tires have Michelin and the front have some other brand. She never would give me the Warranty information and said its on the Carfax. I could see purchasing this vehicle was going to be a problem. My wife notice it had 1 cupholder in the front, which she won't 2. So we have decided to look for a 2023. Other than that this company has terrible reviews and I refuse to go down that road.

PLEASE don't ever get a car from this place, they don't respect your time and they sometimes give keys that doesn't even open the door.

Above and Beyond are the words that I will choose for this specific location. This location was…read moreabsolutely amazing and my visit was a re-do from another location where the service wasn't so great. My service agent was amazing, she listened to all of my service issues, noted them and provided me with an eta on diagnosis. My agent (DeJ C.)followed up with me with the findings and recommendations and was just amazing! I believe my mechanic was (Faus-my apologies if I am mispronouncing names), but I felt confident in the service that I received at this location and will revisit in the future for my service needs. At the end of it all, my visit was less than 2 hours and I walked away a satisfied customer. Thank you for restoring my trust in Carmax.

I purchased a vehicle from this location in May 2025 and within the first week I had an issue with…read morethe vehicle overheating. Service did not have any appointments within weeks, and I had to take it to the dealership for repairs. Then just a few months later, the transmission completely failed and the catalytic converter needs replacing among other repairs. The repair estimate is over $26,000, which is more than the car's value. I contacted the service department, and the only "help" offered was to look at the car free of charge. No assistance, no accountability, no solution. I bought from CarMax because I believed in their reputation for quality and transparency. A transmission failure this soon after purchase clearly indicates that the car was not in roadworthy condition at the time of sale. I still have all documentation, including repair estimates, and I am now pursuing legal action under Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act for selling a defective vehicle and failing to resolve the issue in good faith. I am asking corporate CarMax to review this case immediately and contact me to make this right. This has been a deeply frustrating and costly experience, and I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle here until they take responsibility for situations like mine.

I have completely lost trust in the Kennesaw Tesla location. While my service advisor, Jeremy, was…read morefriendly, professional, and clearly just relaying information from the technicians, the actual quality of work and the lack of accountability from the rest of the team are unacceptable. The Repairs & Technical Negligence: --Suspension Concerns: We brought the car in for a sudden creaking noise. Both the upper and lower arms had to be replaced. This is baffling for a 6-year-old car that has never been treated roughly; it either points to poor part quality or a lack of diagnostic clarity. --Safety History: This location has a history of dismissive service. About a year ago, when I asked about a recurring safety sensor message, a blonde female staff member rudely told me that if I didn't pay to fix it and got into an accident, Tesla would not be liable. --Incompetent Workmanship: The car was returned with a non-functional glove box because the technicians switched the wires between the speaker and the glove compartment. I had to wait two hours for them to fix their own mistake. It now "opens," but the dampener is broken and it violently pops open. --Tire Blowout: Despite the work order stating they checked tire condition and pressure--and being told the tires were fine after a balance and alignment--I suffered a blowout just days later. The "Key Saga": The most egregious part of this visit involved my missing keys. Staff repeatedly and dismissively assured me they did not have them. However, because my brother had placed a Samsung Tag on the ring, we tracked them directly to the Kennesaw dealership. My husband had to drive back and use an app to "find" the keys for the staff because they insisted they weren't on the premises. Conclusion: Between the wiring errors, the safety concerns being dismissed by staff, and the blatant lack of respect for our property, this has been a massive waste of time and a safety risk. Jeremy was a professional messenger, but the back-of-house operations here are a failure.
