So price looked good, maybe a little too good and i bought it. I replaced the coil and plugs and the check engine remained on. Took it to a shop and i get told that oh by the way it needs an engine. Cam and lifter failure with metal in the oil. So i got hosed, 12k engine job i can't afford to do and a truck I can't really drive and making payments on. Not even 3000 miles driven since I bought it.

The whole sales department is a joke. Financing is a joke stay away or you will be burned like I was. 10 repairs since April and still nothing but issues and problems! All under 5000 miles! If things are this screwed up this early I can only imagine how bad it's going to be to use their warranty when it's a tire or more electrical issues as I've had nothing but problems since driving it off the lot with 119 miles on it. I got booked right away for my appointment on a date and time that was convenient to my schedule. I got emails confirming my appointment and my car was taken back promptly at the scheduled time. The work was completed in a timely manner and my car returned to me as it was placed in the service centers hands. I neglected to mention that when the service technician came to get my car he had plastic for the seats and paper floor mat. My car was sounding the way that I expected with the parts provided and I couldn't be happier. As I always say, it's great going to Raymond's for service you establish a relationship with Bruce and his wife Kathy, Rose the desk attendee and Eric Pitts who oversees the mechanics of the operation. Everyone is very knowledgeable in their particular field, position or job and everyone is very pleasant to be around! The new US40 location is neat and clean, wait area spotless, rest rooms clean and soft drinks, water and coffee for the convenience. I can't think of a reason to go elsewhere.
