But the status kept saying in In fulfillment and I just wanted to see if they had a better status; the lady at the counter cuts me off and was like no we don't we don't do anything online in store. If it says that it says that. And then I asked can I talk to a manager to see if they can and her tone while calling the manager was just so aggressive. Then the "manager" pops out and gave me a piece of paper with a number to call. I get that you don't do anything with online but you could just be a little more pleasant with customers.

They have such a great selection, lots of options, casual, dressy, and everything in between. They also have great prices and very unique items you can't find anywhere else. I also was able to pick up a necklace and some earrings made by a local jewelry artist. My overall experience was fantastic. They are conveniently located near heavenly and all the major hotels. I said why not, I needed a new suit anyways. So I gave my recommended associate a call (Joy Lynam is my new fashion advisor, btw) and set up a meeting. It was really convenient for my busy schedule that she came to visit me at my work location. She also made everything very simple and easy: she brought fabrics for me to see and feel, she measured me and made recommendations based on my build and body type, and helped me select popular style options for the suit. I was very happy about how hassle-free the purchasing process was. Once the suit was ready a few weeks later, she even came back to my work location and made sure everything looked good and fit nicely. She was ready to make any alterations if needed. Great customer service. Overall I am a very satisfied customer. At the moment, I own two suits by J.Hilburn, plus a custom dress shirt to boot. They do casual wear as well, but anyone looking to dress well, who is too busy to go shopping themselves, loves customer service, and wants a hassle-free shopping experience, I highly recommend J.Hilburn!!
