I've had good and sometimes very good Customer Service when I've visited restaurants, salons & just general stores in the past, but I can truly say that I don't recall ever being as satisfied as I am with the Customer Service that I receive from Crystal who manages "Sealed With A Kiss" in So. Lake Tahoe. Besides the adorable tops, pants, shorts, summer fun clothes, hats, winter jackets, original fun jewelry & accessories they have shoes too..!! , They just know what we ladies like and fill the store with it all.. One more quick thing about S.W.AK... I like the way it feels when your inside, really comfy to browse and shop without anyone breathing down your neck, but also just a second away if you do need any kind of help from anyone there.. I explained it was a gift for someone, they didn't like it, so they mailed it back to me. By the time I got it, and had a chance to come in again it was a little past the date. I am a local, and I chose to shop local. The tags were still on the item, and I wasn't looking for my money back, but to just exchange for something else. I probably would have ended up spending more. The sales girl said she'd ask the manager to see if it would be ok. She came back and told me she said no. I won't ever be shopping there again!! They have such a great selection, lots of options, casual, dressy, and everything in between. They also have great prices and very unique items you can't find anywhere else. I also was able to pick up a necklace and some earrings made by a local jewelry artist. My overall experience was fantastic. They are conveniently located near heavenly and all the major hotels. Dustin is always so nice and helpful, and you can tell he really loves what he does. There's always something special to discover, whether you're into healing crystals, collecting gems, or just love beautiful natural stones. My only downfall is I wish I could shop here more often! Definitely worth checking out if you're in Tahoe.
