Within a minute of walking in, Charles greeted us and offered assistance without us even asking--which is definitely rare these days. I explained what we were looking for and a few specific requirements. As he walked us through the options, I mentioned that we needed a wide fit. He was honest and let us know they didn't carry traditional wide sizes, but then took the time to show us ECCO shoes with dual-fit insoles as an alternative. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated Charles. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, stayed calm while we tried on different pairs, and didn't hesitate when we asked for another size. We later found out he actually helped open this location--congratulations to him on his 20th anniversary! Dillard's management--you truly have a gem in Charles. We were greeted with warmth by both Jhovani and his assistant, even though Jhovani was working with another client. The place is intimate and there is always at least another client here each time we have walked in. My husband was lucky and found a suit "off the rack" as we were pressed for time. Jhovani went above and beyond while still offering to tailor it in time for my husband so he can look great in it before we left the following week even though his schedule was pretty packed. His assistant measured him to have the suit fit perfectly, Jhovani double checked her work as was very pleased. We were promised it will be done by end of day the day before we left. While looking around my husband also found the perfect shoes that matched my dress so we could coordinate. They delivered earlier than promised. We are very grateful for them. I highly recommend coming here to buy a suit. Jhovani also does fully custom suits as well. The service is impeccable, and so is the quality of what they have. Plus, we were stoked to support a small business. We were extremely pleased by the quality and didn't mind investing in this suit as it will last a long time. I was very specific from the beginning that I needed the wiring removed from the cups of the dress. I also requested the slit be moved up and the bottom hem shortened. When I arrived to pick up the dress, only the hem had been done properly. I was then told the remaining fixes would "take 10 minutes." Thirty minutes later, they had only adjusted the slit and the wiring was STILL in the dress. At that point, I had already repeated the same request multiple times. When I calmly explained AGAIN that the wire needed to be removed, the woman working began talking over me and arguing with me instead of listening. I am now sitting here waiting even longer for alterations that should have been completed correctly the first time after they had my dress for two full weeks. For the amount of money charged, especially with a rush fee, the communication, attention to detail, and customer service have been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this business if you need reliable tailoring or time-sensitive work.
