It required 11 weeks of delays to complete 4 weeks of work. We where told 4 times it would be ready and it was not. Required threat of lawsuits and submittals to NAIC to persuade them to finish the work which turned out to be substandard work. Just drive by and look at the facility. It looks like a sh%&# hole from the street. Take that as your first sign to run from these hacks. Or, you will get what you ask for.
