Just wanted to give a shout out to Navarro's Auto Body shop! I usually never leave reviews (although I read them!) but my recent experience with Navarro's went above and beyond! After my car was hit, my insurance (Progressive) gave me a list of car shops to call, and Navorro's was the first to answer! I first talked to Chris, the owner, and he not only was super nice, but also very understanding of the situation, and gave me a very reasonable timeline (compared to other shops I called that were backed up months!) he and his team could get my car in, within the next week! He was always available to answer the phone to talk about specifics, and also referred me to his manager, Tad, to double check on timeframe to bring car in. When I brought my car in both Tad and Chris were there and personally looked at the damage and were very straight forward how they would fix the two passenger doors and what painting and blending would entail. This was my first time navigating an auto body experience, and I'm sure other shops could take advantage of that lack of knowledge. Tad was so helpful and knowledgeable, we talked back and forth on the phone several times, both Chris and Tad always answered or returned calls right away. Turned out the whole passenger door had to be replaced, they worked my insurance to come up with the best solution. Tad was very understanding of the timeframe, and that paying for a rental car out of pocket adds up. They kept me updated almost every other day on progress and in less than two weeks Tad told me car was ready to go! When I picked up my car I didn't know what to expect, but wow! My car, not exaggerating, looked brand new, the paint job was amazing, and they had washed and polished the whole car as well. Chris was there when I picked up car, and wanted to do even more minor polishing. Frist and foremost, I cannot fathom why anybody would leave a bad review for Navarro Auto Body. I gave them a five out of five star review and believe me, their level of service and craftsmanship greatly exceeded my five star review. Christophe treated me with kindness and respect. He really listened to my particular situation and helped me to get my damaged Honda back into tip top shape. My Honda left their shop looking better than ever. Their level of service, dedication and craftsmanship was unparalleled. In the past, I have used other auto body shops with mediocre results. Not only was Navarro Auto Body's work far superior, it was the way that I was treated that really helped them stand apart from others. I would give 10 stars if I could! Chris Navarro and his team were absolutely amazing! My 2011 Rav4 needed significant front-end work from a collision that damaged the hood, front fender, headlight, radiator frame, etc. The other place clearly didn't want to work on it because it wasn't brand new, and said it might have to be totaled, but luckily they referred me to Navarro's. His bid was about 60% less than the other place, and then he lowered it even more! Within minutes after I arrived, he was on the phone to his part suppliers. He and his team are friendly, courteous, helpful, resourceful, honest, affordable, and their work is absolutely impeccable. They were able to fix and repaint the hood without replacing it, which would have cost way more. The car looked so nice when they were done, I could hardly believe it was the same car! Wow! What a great experience. I noticed a horrible dragging sound as I was driving into Eugene on a Saturday to drop someone at the airport. Went to Navarro's but the shop was closed (open by appointment only on Saturdays), but I left a message and Chris called me back in minutes. He interrupted his weekend plans and was back in the shop helping me within 20 minutes. He identified the problem and thoroughly explained a couple of different repair options with extremely reasonable pricing for both. Fixed the issue and got me back on the road super fast, and even threw in a headlight buffing for free that made my car look 15 years younger! Chris was super courteous, respectful and kind and his integrity is obvious. I live over an hour away but Navarro's will be my first and only choice for any future body repairs. read more

Last Sunday, while driving on Route 36 near Eugene, Oregon, I struck a deer, resulting in significant damage to the front end of my vehicle. I was involved in a hit and run recently which left my car with body damage. Navarro Body and Paint was able to help me out immediately. I brought my car in thinking I was going to have to replace my entire door (I wasn't able to open it due to a dent). After a quick inspection they were able to fix the dent, buff out the marks the other car had left all along my left paneling, show me how to change my windshield wipers, put my new license plates on, leaving me beyond happy with a smile on my face. Navarro Body and Paint is an excellent body shop. Although a little difficult to find- go to Highway 99 and McDougal Lane- the search is worthwhile. We had a dent and a large scrape on the passenger side doors of our Prius. Christopher Navarro explained in detail what he could do for us and what the cost would be. His work far exceeded our expectations. He did everything that he said that he would do and more. His price was very reasonable and we were able to get our car on the date that he said that it would be ready. If we ever need body repair work on our cars, we will definitely go to Navarro Body and Paint. read more
