Most of the folks working there have been there 20-30 years, which says a lot about the enjoyability of working there, as well as the level of experience you get when you you bring your car to them. Josh and co got the back right panel of my car looking good as new and their skilled painter matched the white paint of the new panel to that of my car, which is really hard to do if you don't know what you're doing. Josh sent me frequent text updates, so I always knew the status of the repair being done and never once felt left in the dark. The repair took a week to the day, and pickup was really smooth and quick. Fingers crossed I'll never have to bring my car back, but if I do, I know my car will be in the hands of experts at Fix Auto.

But they took it in and replaced the part with one they had in stock in just a few hours. They also updated the repair estimate with my insurance company for no extra cost to me. In the process of that mess up, they damaged a window and the interior tint. They also over sprayed paint on some of the glass. They also put Clearcoat over some grime, that will eventually compromise the paint job over time. Plus their communication ability is non existent. There was no follow up from their part, during the entire process I was in the dark until I made attempts of contact. Never coming back to this trash shop again. They have a life time warranty and I'm getting the job fixed and done right at another location. Forget these guys, go somewhere else!!!

Second time around the insurance company ended up totaling it, so no repairs were done, but they were still solid to work with. I called and chatted with Dan who assured me it wouldn't need much based on Hyundai's published $60K service list. In the end, it was about $110. He checked her brakes and said they were in great shape and definitely didn't need his $450 per axle brake replacement service. She had previously been told her brakes were dangerously bad and needed urgent replacement. Dan could easily have told me her brakes needed replacing and made $450-900. He did not because he's an honest car mechanic. How refreshing!
