He not only allowed us to unpack our car but he called a car rental for us and arranged a rental for us before taking our car with him for the last time. I have extensive documentation and evidence showing how they abuse people and insurance companies. Don't get fooled by their Google 4.6 rating. More than half of 5-star Google reviews are from suspicious accounts, and it's a part of their job to hide their real face! If you scroll down a bit, you will find real opinions too. Some of their team members who collaborate closely together and I had communicated with them are Hayden Eltaii, Max/Muhammad, Ardalan Dehghani (Ardal), Brian, and Arfan Zakeri (Erfan) and each of them had misrepresentation and several conflicting stories to me and the insurance company to waste time and double your damage and charge the insurance company as much as possible. They dragged out my 2017 Honda Civic repair for over 5 months, missing 6-7 repair deadlines! After 4 months, they threatened me to pick up my car and prevented me from even seeing my car before releasing it and asked me to pay $12000 invoice and release the car in advance! When released, lots of huge problems started to appear: An exhaust part fell off on the highway, nearly causing a deadly crash; So many noises are the repaired parts, and the car has suspension and stability issues. They removed my dashcam cable too. Their quality control is a joke, and their warranty is fake, and they only waste time to end up with this so-called 3-month warranty! Before I left, he told me that on Wednesday (today) I should drop off my car and I'll be good to go with my rental. So when I came in today, a woman was at the front and she knew exactly what I came in for and 20 minutes later, my rental car came in. I just dropped off the keys and went on my way. Even though they haven't fixed my car yet, My mom got her car fixed at this location too a few years ago. In a few days, my mom's car was back to its normal and original* look and was super happy about it. Even now, she hasn't had any problems with the area the auto shop fixed and will go to them again in the future for any repairs. In terms of its professionalism, and fast service - 5/5. There's not much parking in the front, I think you have to drive to the back to get more parking...but the shop isn't insanely busy, so you'll find a spot if you go after 1/2pm!
