I needed someone who could review an agreement that I had already done my best to negotiate, and who was familiar with this type of agreement, confidentiality and intellectual property issues. So, it couldn't be a typical family or personal injury lawyer. But it also couldn't be a hugely expensive corporate lawyer. And ideally it would be someone who was familiar with technology. Which brings us to Allen. A former engineer who specializes in exactly this kind of agreement and is willing to take small jobs seriously. He spotted a major issue in the draft of the agreement and explained to me (and to the company's attorney) what the problem was. I have done the work of the case manager, paralegal, and negotiator. I've had to pay and request the police report, medical records, and any requested items from them. They never seem to receive them. I submitted and they didn't read or review them.I have to sit on the phone with a supervisor to find documents that was submitted months prior. Several months have passed, and attorney Ryan Rogers is not available. Both the insurance companies and I are awaiting settlement. No negotiations have taken place regarding this case type. I have encountered unprofessional conduct and mistreatment, and my case has been mishandled. I will not recommend this firm to anyone.
