Dr. Casagrande completely changed that--he took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and made sure everything was dialed in. My eyesight has never been clearer, and I truly appreciated how committed he was to getting it right. On the retail side, this is where they fall short. Neither of our glasses orders were completed anywhere near the promised timeline. My wife's glasses are on track to be almost two weeks past the promised delivery date. They send you a text saying you can check your order here and it never updates past accepted and for my wife her order couldn't be found. So their portal is useless. I'd recommend using the eye doctors here but avoiding the retail side altogether--they come across as unprofessional, and when orders are delayed, follow-up calls make you feel like an inconvenience. Expect long hold times if you call, and if they say they'll call you back, don't rely on it. This was my first experience here. I don't know if I will return as I don't know if I want to deal with using a separate retail outlet to order my glasses.
