She also had me wear these cool glasses instead of my own while I was in the chair. The music she had on while working on my teeth was pretty relaxing . The seat was relaxing . I must be bigger then i thought because I kinda knocked into stuff and she was so cool she seemed concerned about my safety there. She told me all about my x rays so I can tell how much of a pro she is. She even put the x ray bites in my mouth in a way that wasn't uncomfortable. This place is close to my house. The woman who bills the insurance in Dr. Anapauma's office repeatedly submitted claims to my insurance under my husband's name instead of my name. My husband was never a patient of Dr. Anapauma's. I repeatedly told this woman that though I am on my husband's insurance, I am the patient and to bill the insurance company under my name and not my husband's. She failed to do so. This went on for almost 9 months. This same woman went so far as to threaten me with a collection agency. Due to the incompetence and disrespect of the front office staff, I found a new dentist.

I think this is a malicious intention by Tech Companies. The dental practice is conveniently located near the 101 and inside a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. My husband and I came for our regular cleaning and x-ray imaging for the hubby. We appreciated how down to earth Dr Mak and his staff were. While doing my cleaning, he noted some things about my teeth that I already knew, but I was impressed how quickly he noticed them off the bat!
