I recently hired Tim Carter to install a reverse osmosis water filtration system in my home. Carter Plumbing is a new company and they were offering a great deal on r/o systems for the month of March. This is what initially made me give them a try. Now, I am so thankful I did! Outstanding service and excellent product choice is what makes this start-up plumbing company stand out from the rest. I was given an accurate quote and received a high quality, user friendly product (the filters are all easily changed by anyone). On the day of installation, I told Tim I was home with my young son, who was sick. Tim not only arrived at a mutually convenient time, he also was thoughtful enough to knock instead of ringing the bell so he wouldn't disturb my son's naptime. It's little courtesies like this that makes Carter Plumbing stand out against the bigger plumbing companies. The installation was completed quickly and professionally, and Tim took the time to fully explain the functioning of the new system and how to easily change the filters. Now that I have experienced drinking water from an r/o system, I will never go back! I finally understand what all the fuss is about. It is the freshest, cleanest tasting water! What shocked me is that even my cats and my dog notice the difference. They drink so much more water since we got the system. My one cat, who only ever drank from a running faucet, now eagerly drinks the r/o water from a dish. I'm so happy I took a chance on a new company because Carter Plumbing will now be my first choice for all my plumbing needs.
