Shop around! Even with a home warranty. They charged me labor of $400 on materials no more than $60…read moreon a water heater. It's REQUIRED to now install an earthquake frame and new piping. My warranty didn't cover this new requirement so they charged me $500 for it and new piping connected to the water heater, which HAS to be replaced anyway, but why would labor cost $127 for the water heater and roughly $400 for an earthquake frame that cost $30 and pvc pipe/attachments that cost no more than $30. That's unheard of, and unacceptable. If there was a way to get over, this is it. The install was great, the price for labor is terrible. And they claim to be the "cheapest"

They scheduled the appointment for Thursday due to the weather. confirmation reminder texts were sent to both my phones. Thursday came...no one showed up. No call no anything. No one has returned my call each day since. Out of desperation, I've had to call another company to come out and I'll be out of pocket with this one for abt $400. This is poor service on a contract YOU sold me and for an appointment that YOU made and for YOU not responding to my messages.
