When I told the cashier what I was searching for another lady came up escorted me to the back and helped me to select a good, sturdy, yet cost effective stroller and playpen. She carried both items to the front for me & even offered me a wipe to clean the stroller. Out of nowhere another consignment worker came up and the two ladies demonstrated how to pop the playpen up and down. As if this experience couldn't get any better they cleaned the stroller for me and held the baby while I checked out at the register. I tried to take both ladies with me because obviously, I've been out of the "baby loop" for a while and they are experts but, surprisingly they wouldn't come! I haven't ever visited a consignment event. This place is amazing and I was able to make 2 purchases for less than I would have paid for 1 new one at retail cost. Thank you for hosting this event and selecting workers/volunteers that also enjoy working with people!! I definitely recommend anyone that has or cares for small kids to shop here first before going anywhere else.

Just an uncomfortable experience when you feel like an inconvenience as a customer. If you sell things here, she posts them for 50% of retail price and gives you 50% of what it sells for. There is no documentation when you cash-out your account. Once I asked to get my money and she said that I had already gotten it (I hadn't!). I never got it.

Then when he left the building, vented loudly to another customer how much of an idiot he was. Just sold a few clothing items to Kid to Kid and made $32. Sold a large Graco swing (original price $160), Cosleeper ($99) and Jumperoo ($60) along with some other items and she paid me $25. She claims they sell 50/50 but I know she had my cosleeper tagged to sell for $60. Do the math. Asked for some receipt or if all items had sold. Said she didn't know if items all sold and they don't do receipts bc it's a small business and the do things the "old school" way. Will never step foot in that place again.

High pressure from sales people who are obviously receiving some kind of commission. It was a special for the day. We are very aware of our credit scores and they are over 800 scores. There is no way either of us shouldn't have been approved. We were both told that we weren't approved in the store but would have to wait 10 days and come back if we received the card. If it was one of us I would've thought maybe something had gone wrong but it happened to both of us. This is a ploy to create urgency in store and then hope the applicant forgets to come back for the discount. The card should be approved or declined. Not, wait to see. I wouldn't have applied if they had said I would have to come back. I'm disappointed in Old Navy.

The merchandise tends to skew towards the younger folks including babies and toddlers. They do have some nice clothes for younger adults as well. I hope the lack of merchandise doesn't forecast another retail breakdown I was impressed mostly by the staff and the regular pricing seemed fair while the clearance items were s bargain.
