I like the Natural Life line of products, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some new merchandise. They have good products that I use regularly. For example, I bought a "Just Because" box that came with a number of blank cards with envelopes and cardboard separators. This box helps me keep many of my cards, stamps, and stickers well organized. There's a "Just Because" Colorful Letters Love card that I match with a USPS love stamp and it makes writing and sending the card just that much more special.

This store actually pays attention to their customers unlike the one on Sawmill Road where they look like they don't want to work there. When I came in they tried to help me find what fragrances I was looking for and it was actually at that store. So it was a win/win for both them and I. Whereas when I went an hour before to the Sawmill Road location, I couldn't get anyone to service me and no items that I saw online were available there. This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. I would get in and out of the store faster and be happier with my purchase like I was yesterday. In my humble opinion, outlet malls are a good place to shop if you looking for a nice variety of merchandise from a wide array of retailers but it's not a particularly good place to find bargains. In their heyday, outlet malls offered seconds, overruns, etc. and offered some bargain pricing. Now, it seems that outlet malls are just another place selling the same merchandise as in regular stores.

Staff is very helpful and polite (and not pushy), the store is spread out and not crowded, and it's extremely easy to get in and out. The salesperson was super nice and patient with me (I'd literally never bought trousers from Torrid before), and then left me alone to try on the things I picked up, which is basically my perfect shopping experience. The store is getting up there in age a bit, I'm guessing... it could use a paint job and the sales rack is always slightly messy, but in the grand scheme of things, that's really not a problem. The location is great, easy to get to, and lets me run a bunch of errands at once, which is always great.

Torrid isn't your average plus size clothing store…read more I've been buying from this brand since 2005-2006, back whenever it was an online only store based out of California. In that time, I have gotten to know the brand really well. I can tell you from tons of experience that their clothing will go out of style long before it ever falls apart. The items are very well made and will hold up to everyday wear. This brand has done a lot for the plus size clothing industry. Torrid was one of the first brands to start making truly trendy clothing for plus size girls, for that reason, Torrid will always be my favorite clothing store. Upon entering a Torrid store location, you will be greeted by a sales associate who typically introduces themselves and asks if you need any assistance, etc. They will offer to start a fitting room for you. They'll then write your name on the door and begin hanging items in the fitting room for you. Some fitting rooms have fans with a control switch on the wall-this is awesome in the summer months. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel like their customers are important. This location is one of my favorites. The staff has always been so nice and the store is always neat and well kept.
