I like the Natural Life line of products, and I was pleasantly surprised to see some new merchandise. They have good products that I use regularly. For example, I bought a "Just Because" box that came with a number of blank cards with envelopes and cardboard separators. This box helps me keep many of my cards, stamps, and stickers well organized. There's a "Just Because" Colorful Letters Love card that I match with a USPS love stamp and it makes writing and sending the card just that much more special.

Staff is very helpful and polite (and not pushy), the store is spread out and not crowded, and it's extremely easy to get in and out. In my humble opinion, outlet malls are a good place to shop if you looking for a nice variety of merchandise from a wide array of retailers but it's not a particularly good place to find bargains. In their heyday, outlet malls offered seconds, overruns, etc. and offered some bargain pricing. Now, it seems that outlet malls are just another place selling the same merchandise as in regular stores.

This store actually pays attention to their customers unlike the one on Sawmill Road where they look like they don't want to work there. When I came in they tried to help me find what fragrances I was looking for and it was actually at that store. So it was a win/win for both them and I. Whereas when I went an hour before to the Sawmill Road location, I couldn't get anyone to service me and no items that I saw online were available there. This location is closing at the end of this month for renovations but if I could move their employees to the Sawmill Road location it would be fantastic. I would get in and out of the store faster and be happier with my purchase like I was yesterday. There clothes are affordable and always on sale, although often aren't my personal style. They sell a lot of dress clothes, statement pieces, and other pretty items that look designer inspired. Having said that, I love how their jeans fit and come in so many sizes. I also have found some amazing basics at great prices. I do most of my shopping online but stopped in on Friday to make a few returns. It was the weirdest thing. Because they were unable to look up my phone number they weren't able to complete the returns despite me pulling up all of the information on my account on my phone with my Express ID, order number, tags on, and the sale was less than a month ago. It was so strange. The manager was not very empathetic about it either. It was like what decade are we in? However, I called customer service yesterday and they were very helpful and went back in yesterday since we were going to be at Polaris anyways. The manager working yesterday was amazing however and went up and beyond to make it right. She was so nice and helpful. I thought her name would be on the receipt but it's not so whoever was working last night, thanks again.

Let's start with the cons so we can end on a high note, shall we? 1) The bathroom was horrendous. I don't do public restrooms unless I absolutely have to and this one was not good at all. 2) I get that the holiday season has arrived so people are out and about, but it was so congested it was uncomfortable. As in, the aisles were so tight, tons of stuff placed in the walkways, things like that. I even heard another customer say "this is giving me anxiety," and goodness I felt that in my core. I'm sure you have a lot of crap to put on the floors, but give us some space to walk, please. Thank you. Now for the positives... 1) While the checkout line was a mile long, they got through it quickly! 2) The dressing rooms were clean and they had plenty available. 3) While prices have gone up everywhere on the planet, it's still really affordable. 4) The people working there were really nice.
