Everything was already done and found, there was complete ease to get to the area to the fix. I spoked to him about exactly what I wanted and he ended up doing what was more convenient for him and decided to place the hose at a lower location and now the pipe is very hard to work around. I've tried reaching out on getting it fixed and he has pretty much gone silent. I have pictures of both the fix before and after fix, and texts to prove this situation. Completely lied to me about coming last Thursday to fix it. He does not value customer satisfaction and he previously stated on a call.

Technician came over to tune up our HVAC systems on Oct 15, 2024. He said that the attic system…read morewasn't working properly and that it was resetting itself every 10 minutes. Also that the heat exchanger was cracked and required replacement. The Attic system was installed in 2013. He showed me a picture of where the metal pieces were welded together and said there was a small crack in the circular weld area. He said the same thing about the heat exchanger in the basement HVAC system. That one was installed in 2010. He told us if we didn't get the heat exchangers replaced, carbon monoxide could leak throughout the house. I have relatively new (3-year-old) carbon monoxide detectors on all three levels and none of them has ever gone off. He told us replacement heat exchangers would run about $4,200 each. Today, 10/30/2024, I had a second opinion. Another HVAC technician came out today and looked at the attic and basement systems and said they were working properly. That the heat exchangers were not cracked. And that the systems were working properly. The cheap tune-up offer is just a way for them to get into your house and lie about your HVAC system. Their technicians are either poorly trained or trained to scare you to get money out of you that you don't need to spend on your HVAC system. I don't like leaving bad reviews, which is why it took me so long to post this review. But today they texted me another "tune-up" offer to come out to my house after I told them not to contact me any further. They will never come back out to my house.

We had just bought a home in Rome, and this is our first home that had a septic tank installed rather than public sewer. We decided that it would be best to have someone come out and take a look at it, teach us if there was any maintenance needed, etc. They arrived prior to their scheduled time after calling us to make sure it was ok to do so. We shared with them our story about just moving in and that the receipt the prior homeowners gave us stating it was pumped/serviced a couple of years ago. The lead technician stated he couldn't in good conscience take our money for un-needed services, and taught us what we should look for and do to maintain a good working system. All without charging a dime. He did open the access port and took a quick look to verify that things seemed to be in good shape. They just got themselves a customer from this interaction - very pleased.

He then repeated all the information to verify that it was correct. My husband was called when he said he would be ready to go. They showed up on time. The price was accurate and the septic tank was drained. He even told my husband where to get the cover for the place in the basement a toilet would go.
