He explained what to expect with the water that comes with a freshly drilled well and he was exactly right. My yard was left just as clean as it was before they got there. Today they did a service call because my well pump was not working for my sprinkler system. Once again, I was very impressed from the office administrator who kept me posted as to their time of arrival, their honesty and professionalism as to what was wrong (a minor repair). Sometimes you get lucky; I got lucky with advanced pump and well, Frank Bishop. I never used them before, I never heard of them before but Frank Bishop, the owner, picked up the phone while I was not home. How many people do you know would do this? I never spoke to him, and I never met him before. I told him the problem that I was having with my water and he said it sounds like you have a bad pump, I have to go check it out. He called me within the hour and told me that I needed a new pump, new wiring, new pipes, a new bladder tank. Then he gave me the price and I said, do the job! He never met me, in fact, he did not even know if it were my house I was telling him to go work at; just complete trust! Within an hour, he had a crew of three men including himself and they began digging these long 85 foot pipes out of the ground and he took pictures and showed me that they were completely rotten. He could have told me that they needed to dig another hole that some of the pipes broke off, but he didn't do it... He didn't try to get another thousand dollars out of me. He got the pipes out of the ground, despite the fact that they were horribly brittle continued to do the job without any money down, and he was done in about 3 1/2 hours. He sent me pictures in a video when he was done and told me to have a good day. He did not get paid for two days. How many companies do you think have the ability to do that? It shows that they are not living from check to check, that they have an available crew, that they have the resources to serve you. I am in business myself and I can tell you that this is the guy you want to call when your water is not coming out of your Faucets. Don't think you're going to get a better deal by saving $300 by some other guy who doesn't have a business history in the community, and then you can't find them after you have an issue with their work? Go with Frank Bishop, please, take my word for it.

All quotes were for the same depth, materials, pump, and water pressure tank. You sir are a disgrace. You grossly overquoted the job and took my money with a smirk on your face.
