Not sure what's going on with this business. It used to be great. Tire cleaner doesn't spray, polish doesn't spray, transition takes about 30 seconds to work and the sprays that do work, pause for 5-10 seconds. Not sure if it's a scheme to make money by forcing you to pay for another wash. Absolutely brutal. Do better. read more

First the location in here its wrong, they are right next to B street express car wash, now for the one star, they need to renovate everything, hoses dripping lots of water, some hoses are completely broken, they don't dispense whatever fluid that needs to be dispense, maintenance it's no where, you have a failing machine and you need to wait for someone to drive to the car wash to help, it's like they don't care about the place any more!!! read more

Self-service is priced a bit too high but they have a great automatic that does a really good job at cleaning my vehicles

Minus Stars if I could. I did the touchless for $10. I might as well just lit a $10 bill on fire. Here's a picture of the dirt still on my car after the wash. Could have done a better job with a garden hose. DO not get the touchless. I saw other folks there in the self clean bay. I think they use super dirty water too. My car was a lighter shade of grey when I drove off.....had to spend another 12 at Soapy Joe's in escondido to get the leftover wax detergent or whatever was left on my car. First time I've ever had to get my car washed after getting my car washed. Dirty Shame.... read more

Came here to use the soft touch car wash, finished and there was still some water on my car leftover that the dryers didn't take care of. No big deal, I was just hoping they'd dry when I drove off. A man working here asked if I'd like him to dry it for free because the dryers didn't do much. I tried to tip him but he refused. I have never had anyone with this great of customer service at a car wash, thank you so much! Something that took him an extra 5 minutes really ensured that I will come back! read more

I always come here to give my vehicles a quick wash. Only self service. They charge your card a $15 credit charge, then once you finish washing they charge you the correct amount. It takes a few days to show up in your account. But I only ever get charged around $8. Now that that's cleared up. Place is fair on price. Never leaves water spots. And everything is always functioning and clean. read more

10/13/2017 09:00 Kind of disappointed homeless guy walking around with a bucket asking people if they want help washing their car then a guy showed up who work there he ask the guy next to me in a different Booth if everything was going okay I had a question regarding the wax but he never came over to ask me if everything was going okay to me but he had a very lengthy friendly conversation with the homeless guy that was wandering around the facility, yeah I know there's going to be homeless but sometimes you just want to do something without being harassed by them or being watched by them The two stars is for the wash which is pretty good-1 * for the employees that was having a friendly conversation with the homeless guy hanging out bothering the patrons which I give a -2 Stars 2 read more

I tried using the automatic carwash using my last $7.00 until payday. Started off fine soap on the car but as soon as the big brush started rolling over my car the machine stopped, I sat in the car a good 5 minutes and nothing was happening so I had to put it in reverse and back out.. I tried calling the number on the machine and I left a voicemail stating the exact date and time and that I have my receipt and wanted a refund but no one had called me back.. I know $7.00 isn't alot of money but when you live check to check every dollar counts! read more

I used my credit card but carefully observed the time being used because I didn't want to go over. The machine said I spent $7.25 but when I looked at my bank statement they charged me $15 bucks! Not to mention the $2 bucks I spent on the vacuuming. For $17 I could of went to a car wash that washed my car for me. This self service car wash is a rip off. Waited 30 minutes to go into the self serve auto wash, and the credit card machine did not work. I tried using the call button to get help, but no one answered nor came over to see what the problem was. Went back the next day and used cash on the same car wash, and it did not do a good job. I paid for their best wash, it did not do a good job cleaning my wheels and it left bugs on the front of the car. read more

The charge on my credit card was $15.00. The final transaction cost on the view screen of the wash control panel was $8.25. That is credit card fraud. I will be reporting this business to the BBB, the city and the county. This is truly a scam and I would recommend not using this facility. read more

Both times I've used this place, I've been overcharged on my credit card in the self wash bays. I needed more time once I reached my limit so had to swipe my card for more time. Both times I've done this, I only needed a few more minutes at the most and then pushed the stop button when done. The screen then says "thank you" or something to that effect, signaling the end of my wash. It should've stopped charging me when I pushed stop but both times I've used this place, I've been charged the full amount ($15) for my second block of time. I almost took a pic of my time when I finished this last time in case I got overcharged again but didn't and am now kicking myself for it. My mistake for trusting this place a second time around and for using my credit card at such a place to begin with. This place is a total rip-off and I definitely will not be using it again. read more
