I like to get my car fully washed inside and out, grab Lourdes while I'm waiting to eat in their seating area (they have indoor and outdoor seating), then fill up my gas and get a little cash back on the gas. He immediately started trying to upsell me and came across as though he was more interested in getting me to spend more money than actually helping me. What made the experience even worse was the way he treated my wife. He was extremely rude and disrespectful toward her, and his tone and attitude were completely unnecessary. We were simply trying to understand our options, and there was absolutely no reason for him to speak to her the way he did. I remember when Talk of the Town was a place where you could go and feel like you were getting good service and being treated like a valued customer. Unfortunately, that was not my experience today. The customer service has clearly gone downhill. If there are specific policies regarding Teslas or hand washing, that's completely understandable. But there is a respectful way to communicate those policies to customers. Being rude, dismissive, and constantly pushing an upsell is not acceptable. Today was a very disappointing experience, especially because of how disrespectfully my wife was treated. I hope management takes this seriously because the employees at the entrance are the first impression customers get of the business. Based on today's experience, we will not be coming back. I explained to Luis what the issue was, and he went to work along with his team. My car was looking like I had just driven it off the showroom floor, and I was back on the road in no time. If you're looking for a great place to take care of your car's exterior and interior, then you have to try Vicente's detail shop. Their prices are very reasonable, they're extremely friendly and very proud of their work.

The shade canvas has been removed so on hot days your car bakes in the hot sun and you have to work fast to ensure you don't get spots! Well that is if there are towels available to dry your car off! The topper was yesterday! I went to make sure my car was spotless as I was taking some friends out and wanted a clean car! The attendant was no where to be seen to guide my car into the car wash. I had to honk the horn to get his attention. He came out of an office chewing down food. Then.... When I parked there were a very few amount towels! The vacuum cleaner was not working! No suction power at all. I tried to use the air hose and that too had no pressure. I pay for a service that I'm not getting! It seems that it's just this location though! I can go out of my way to San Marcos and there I get the full service I wanted like I had in National City! Yet that makes no sense why I have to go out of my way to get the service I am paying for! Hire new manager or staff that can keep up the service we are paying for!
