This is Genie car wash now. This place is so horrible. DON'T BUY THE MEMBERSHIP - they scammed me out of $30. Now I have to dispute the charge. Never going here again. Aggressive workers They harass you on buying the membership. Even when you say no they keep asking why not? Explain why you don't want it. I said no thanks, drop it. Took my phone. But I buy the membership online eventually because I go here once a week or so and because their staff are unbearable and aggressive - I want to drive thru without being harassed. I go to try it out for the first time armed with only an email and a barcode. The worker didn't seem to know what to do with it. He had to take my phone from me and go out of sight with it for 15-20 minutes which made me very uncomfortable. It didn't work. He comes back. He puts this ugly sticker in my field of view on the windshield and it didn't work for the gate. He did some override to get me thru. Didn't work again. I go back today and again, the gate doesn't open. The lady comes over and says it's expired. I tell her I literally bought it last week. She says must've been a day pass. What?! I paid $30. And you put a sticker on the window for a day pass? After arguing back and forth, and refusing to look at my email proof, she goes and checks. Meanwhile the line is honking at me, yelling things. I just decide to buy a wash since the line was getting hostile and I didn't know if / when she would come back. I was livid. Iwash was great ! Never had a problem until genie bought it over . First time going thru soap still on my mirrors . Ok fine , wipe it down . This time I went soap everywhere the rinse didn't come on or the blowers so I went back thru . Gut says oh sorry that was my fault , ok cool , went thru the second time , sprayed just my hood then water turned off , wtf ! It's Genie car wash now, not Iwash. I'm never paying $19 again to get a mediocre wash. Can't even get those little yellow bug splat spots off, left bird poop on my hood, car is not dry at all after going through the blowers, and to top it off, they pester you for a membership every time. "Why don't you want a membership?" Because I just don't! I usually wash my car at work for free since we have an entire wash bay with an industrial hot pressure washer and professional grade cleaners, it's just not always feasible. At least they have good vacuums and microfiber towels to dry off what their machines can't even do. read more

Great suction from the vacuums that were arranged in a matter that didn't constantly bang into the neighboring stall. Clean towels were just the right amount of wet, even in 80+ degree afternoon sun. Also, the bathroom here is actually usable. I need to wash my hands after I dry my car as I really get into the wheels which of course have brake dust. Thank you Summit Subaru for sending me this way. Please keep up the good work here; stay on top of maintenance, fight for the bathroom; I'm tired of filthy bathrooms due to management not cleaning up after the homeless. No, it isn't fair that owners need to this but it isn't fair to paying customers to not have access to that basic facility. As of now, this place gets five stars. Basic wash is $10. Put the car in neutral and turn up the music. Don't know how long they've been at this location. The set up still looks new or they just keep their space nice and tidy. Once out the wash there are vacuum stations with a 10 minute limit. There are clearly marked buckets for clean and used towels to dry off your car. Nice workers minding the buckets keeping them refilled with freshly clean ones to use and taking the used ones. I also liked the music they had playing to enjoy while detailing. Good vibes at this car wash. Workers were friendly and helpful and other customers all kept their distance and were well mannered in sketch times. My tip is its located in El Cajon and it can be hotter than the coast. So detailing your car counts as a workout in quarantine. Bring water coz you will burn calories and your car will be sparkly. Like another comment below me, I very much enjoyed this car wash the past year and came regularly with my monthly membership. This past week, I went through and there must be something caught in the brushes or it is broken because it completely scratched up my car. I contacted the company through their website contact form but didn't hear back. I looked through yelp to see if other people had the same experience and saw someone have a similar experience in May. Decent place. Ok prices. May scratch your car though, but any drive-through carwash might. They've reduced services. Their Yelp special for detailing is invalid since they no longer do detailing, and their workers have poor English with limited knowledge of products. I asked the gentleman at the gate if their most expensive protectant blocks uv rays (like the one at Soapy Joes does), and he just looked at me like I was crazy, then told me the name of the product as it was listed on the menu. So let me get this straight, it says they close at 9pm here on Yelp and on an advertisement on Facebook. I pulled up at 7:49pm tonight and got turned away because the guy working the line said they close at 9pm. The vacuums didn't even look all taken up so I'm not sure what the problem was. Great start to a new business. My girl friend had even gotten a free car wash this morning and asked whoever was it working how long it went on. Update: I was able to Get my wash today and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The lights that are going off while you are getting the wash was like being in a nightclub. You also get sooo many soapy bubbles! It took some bird droppings right off my car. The turbo dry drys your car so well you barely have to spend 5 minutes drying it! Overall I had a great experience, I'm glad I was able to get my wash after anticipating it for so long (I live right down the street)!!!! I would like to post about an experience regarding Sam, the self proclaimed. "LAZY GUY" and his attitude today.I came in with my work truck and apparently it was so dirty, one of the guys had to spray down the vehicle to to get some of the dirt off my truck. I asked him if he was complaining about having to do extra work, and he said yes because he is lazy. Mind you, he wasn't the one that washed it. He raised his voice and threatened to cancel my membership and went on with threats. 1. I pay for a service at a car wash. Standing around does not help Isham make money. 2. If this is too much for you to do, consider doing something you your abilities. 3. This would not be an issue if the other guy hadn't complained about having to pre spray the truck down before it went into the wash. I had also come through Thursday from a clients house and the truck was just as dirty and he did it say anything. Come today when he is the lower man in charge. He came with his aggressive tone telling me how the dirt will get trapped in the machine and scratch up the other cars. He also claimed that if my car gets sprayed, then all the other cars would need to be sprayed and he was too lazy to do that. Sam, if the concern is for the machine, spray down each car before entering the machine, then spray them all down to make sure no other dirty scratches my truck or other cars. In fact, Isham (owner), put Sam to spray down all the cars entering so minimal dirt gets on your machines and keeps all of our cars clean. According to San, this is a drive through and is too lazy to do work. His words. What a shame. I have been through this car was many times with great experiences each time, until today when dealing with Sam. Put him to work hard so his mouth does not affect your business. If you feel the need to cancel my membership as Sam has threatened, please do so. read more

I've had this car wash membership for a year now and I come once a month for the service. Today however one of the employee or could be the owner came up twice and said to hurry up with cleaning yet there were other empty parking for other cars. I stayed only 10 mins to clean the car with my kids inside the car. I highly think that's once you pay for the service you finish the car and leave You can't come up to me and say hurry when i paid for the service. I will no longer come here and yet I have my whole family and friends who brought here to tell them to cancel the membership. Pretty good spot and the monthly membership deals are reasonably priced. I used to have soapy joes (which i love) but I'm too far from any of their locations now so this spot will do. Be careful when you get your car on the belt though, as they love to get you super duper (I'm talking inches) close to the car in front of you.. so I feel like if the car in front stops or doesn't go when the belt comes to an end, even for just a few seconds, I will hit it. I like to keep my space and just go slow even when they're motioning me to get closer. No thanks, I know that with car washes like these, they are not liable for accidents. After the wash, they have quite a few parking spots for you to park your car while you dry and use their vacuums. The vaccums are strong and there's one to each side of each parking spot so you won't have to share. They also provide you the towels and have a designated spot for you to place them when they are used, just like SJs. The employees seem okay, not too friendly but not rude either. Excellent customer service and nice employees. They were helpful and answered questions. The best thing was after the carwash, they have probably 20-25 spots to park with vacuums and towels to clean your interior and any remove any remaining water from side mirrors and trunk. They did not rush me and I was able to take my time to clean the interior car. So many other places rush you out or time you, before you can clean your car or vacuum it. It was well worth it. BUT When you hit purchase, it redirects you to the "Online Store" which the services in the tier plans are not accurate. I went online to cancel my monthly membership prior to the 7 days and filled everything out. They still ended up charging me. There is no way to check your membership status and they don't provide confirmation. They refuse to refund me my money and are basically being jerks about. I would highly caution anyone to do the monthly membership. They are very sketchy. I'd give them a negative star if that was possible. read more

So this place is very nice the prices are decent in for an unlimited package 15 bucks a month is not bad. What I like about it is is the Jets in the microfiber scrubbers that they use instead of using plastic really safer on the paint and on the plastics of the car. The four different packages are great each one coming with something more either a wax or roan x sealant definitely a lot better than most carwashes I've been to. It's actually a little bit longer I would like to say than most and I think it has more to the cleaning process deafly if you going to hire tears of cleaning and I love the defense the fans to dry your car are great they work a lot better than most and are very detailed and getting a lot of the water off of the car. read more

Yesterday the attendant didn't let a roller go between myself and the truck in front of me. Our cars ended up bumping inside the wash. The attendant had to come and back me up, and tried to tell me I had my foot on the gas, which I didn't! Even if I did my car was in neutral, and it would have been heard! we got out of the wash. Nobody even came over to apologize or make sure everything was ok. My bumper was out of place, but I was able to push it back in. I made mention of it to the manager who gave every excuse, and basically didn't believe what I was saying. He kept stating "their are rollers between the cars", but the attendant clearly didn't let one go between us. I have actually always felt too close when they tell you too pull up. I think in the future, you should let more then one roller go by if that's the case, and actually listen to the customer and show appreciation. I even told them I wasn't upset as there was no other damage, but the way I was talked to as if I was lying, after having a membership since they first opened, stuck with them thru 3 prices raises, to be treated like this is ridiculous.
