If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went there to get my car washed and I have been there several times before and they've always charged me 25 to $34 for a wash and wipe down. Today he wanted to charge me $50 because my car was dirty. He then told me that my carpets were going to take 45 minutes to vacuum and he was going to have to wear a mask because he didn't wanna catch any diseases or get sick and go to the hospital. I told him I was not gonna pay $50 to wash and vacuum my car. Mind you it' It's a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler, the carpet is covered in grass and dirt leaves. Not horrible at all. I will never go back . They used to clean the inside of your car and drive it in addition to putting it through the car wash now they're not doing that anymore. So what makes them any better than what's right in front of them they can do the same thing? Service was very slow for just getting a basic wash. I was under the impression that I could vacuum my own car, but when I pulled up to the vacuums I was told I couldn't. No self serve available. Never again will I nor my family use this car wash, They damaged my brand new ladder rack after I told him not to run it through the auto wash, I wanted a hand wash. Then he was extremely rude and calling me a liar and telling me to speak up, to answer him when he was talking to me. He refused to give me the owners name and number. And my truck is still smeary and dirty. The guy running the register is very rude and still will not answer the phone nor help me to fix what they have broke. B street $11 car wash results. Two employees to prewash. Shortly after 8 am, with no cars in front of me, and no one behind. Prices say $__.99. I would have said keep the penny, but they didn't offer it and didn't bring a receipt. I am a little gray haired senior, and I smiled and was polite, so I don't understand why they didn't do a better job. I didn't bother taking pictures of bugs that weren't scrubbed off in prewash. Lesson learned. Use the self serve machine washes for less money, and a better wash. A positive today was that they didn't have their cash/card pay machine in use. My card was compromised at B Street Car Wash a few years ago. (I do know you run a risk at any unmanned card machines, so don't entirely blame B Street for this. It's the reason I only use cash.) Management is in the trash Iv been going here for years now The new owners have destroyed this place 1)Machines in the front don't work now (where you pay) 2)vacuums are off and you can't vacuum your own car anymore 3)they spray your car with water and manually start scrubbing your paint (which in turn scratches the paint before you enter the Facility . 4) the top spinning brush does not work it's broken 5) the two side spinning brushes are broken and do not spin . 6) the air dryers are broken and do not contour to your car as you drive out. Therefore leave streaks and hard water deposits I have a 55 Chevy Blair that has streaks now on it I have a 2009 ford super duty that has hard water and streaks on it because of the spot free rinse was not working. Worst worst worst WORST car wash EVER!!! -5 Stars if I could! Ever since the ownership change this place is run by crooks. I made the lazy mistake of bringing my car here once, but never again! All I wanted wash a hand wash and wax. The manager told me he had to take the car through the wash and that I could not. Not only could he not drive a manual trans but he ran my driver side aftermarket enkei wheels straight into the side rail and took out huge gashes, And I got it all on video. I was infuriated, he then proceeded to exit the car while water was spraying everywhere and insisted I drive it out because "something was wrong with the car" (because he wouldn't admit he couldn't drive a manual). Leaving the door wide open water spraying into my car and onto my leather seats I had to run to the car hop in and pull it out. Here's where it get even BETTER. When I got the car outside another guy proceeded to wipe the car down and attempt to wipe away the very noticeable gashes in my wheels acting like it would just buff out. To put this in perspective the entire lip of the wheel had been literally torn off. The manager was no where to be found. So I walked around back to find him where he was hiding and asked politely but firmly "what would be done about this?" And the man has the nerve to say "about what?" I swear I almost lost it. I told him that each of the wheels on the driver side to be repaired and painted would cost $150 dollars a pop. All he did was stand there and shake his head like I was some idiot. He refused to even acknowledge me or my concerns. So I asked for the owners phone number which was also withheld for an idiotic amount of time. I finally got the owners phone number after telling the manager I would tell to every customer who came through that gate that they should go somewhere else and why. I spoke with the owner on the phone and he told me he had "a wheel guy" in Chula Vista who would do it for less than what I told him (meaning free for him). I said I wanted to see my reputable shop that isn't an hour away and that he was going to pay for it. He asked for me to send pictures of the wheels so I obliged. After we hung up the manager had the balls to ask me to pay for my (incomplete) wash, at full price I might add. I looked him straight in the eyes and said you'll be paying for this and I'm certainly not paying you for your half assed wash. 2 months later I still had not heard from the owner and had called multiple times. So I went back to face the worthless manager once again and once again I was met with hostility. Pretending like he had no idea who I was even when I showed him a video of himself messing up my car. So I asked him to call the owner for me which he did. The owner tried to tell me he would pay $75 a wheel to have it repaired. I wasn't having it, so I told him I was going to get them repaired myself by someone I trust and was going to bring back a receipt for him, he agreed. Finally I thought this was figured out...BUT NO another few months went by with no response. I eventually went back to the car wash again as it seemed to be the only way to get the owner on the phone. Reluctantly the manager called the owner only after I started telling customers to be careful and watch them closely. When the manager finally spoke with me again I told him I was back with a receipt for the repairs. He asked for my address and sent me a check in the mail. WOW that wasn't so hard now was it? Do yourselves all a huge favor and never set Foot (or tire) in that horrendous business you'll only get scammed. They only care about their money. read more

Stopped here because it was the best reviewed near me. Not thrilled. Car still was dirty in spots and the "towel dry" took the guy 2 minutes and left swirls all over. I don't have a super expensive car but it is new and so for the $15 I spent with too I was really disappointed. I am one who totally supports local businesses and roots for the underdog especially up here in Ramona. I have used the B street car wash a few times and have always thought they did a decent/fair job. The last few times I've been there though they have done a horrible job. I thought I'd give them another chance today... and they proved me right once again on their level of work and their standards on what they consider a good job. I took my daughter's car there today and honestly a toddler could've done a better job. So sad because I really wanted them to prove me wrong this time! I brought the guy over to show him the details that were missed (I purchased the $20.99 package which includes tire dressing and they also wipe down the interior) which was bird crap still on the passenger side mirror, a huge spot missed on the rear driver side fender, the rear window interior wasn't even cleaned, and the dash was barely wiped down still seeing dust particles from previously. I told the guy that I was disappointed in their services recently and that I would not be returning. His response was "that's fine". I was like wow! I'm sure the owner would think and say differently. Sadly this is one business I will not support anymore. They don't even deserve one star btw! read more

Friday 3/13/2015, I took my car through this car wash. Due to their faulty equipment my passenger side mirror was ripped off. When I came out of the wash an employee called the owner and he offered me a detailing to remedy the situation, a $160 value. I declined the offer knowing full well that the posted signage that states what the wash is not liable for does not include mirrors which led me to believe that they would be liable for my broken mirror. The owner said he is not liable. I took my car to the local body shop and had my mirror replaced for $431.00 after a 10% discount. I took the auto body receipt to the car wash's owner today and he stated that his insurance will not cover the damages his machine caused to my vehicle. If you love your car, don't take it to B Street. read more

Worst carwash ever. Paid $11 for basically just a run through the machine. Sloppy vacuuming job and didn't wipe down the interior at all. When I pointed out the areas that still needed to be cleaned inside the guy would begrudgingly give it a half ass wipe. My car is only a few weeks old so not like there was much to clean. Atrocious. The automated wash starts with two employees mopping your car with dirty mops dunked in tub of clearly dirty water. The equipment is clearly overdue for replacement. The dryer at the end of the cycle bumped my car and it was still sopping wet when I got home. Never again. read more

Just took my car in for detailing and still had to go home and vacuum and wipe dirt off. So not great, but I told him I was coming back with another car. He said I'm closing today at 4pm. I go home, get the 2nd car and drive back. Arrived at 335pm. Gate was closed. I shouted for him, he came out and said he closed early. I said I told you I was coming back, it's not 4pm. Im never a big fan of express car washes but this place did a very good job cleaning my car. There was not one spec of dirt left on my paint unlike other places that dont seem to clean well. It was so clean and shiny. I will definitly be going back. read more

I took me 2015 Dodge 2500 in to get washed and cleaned on the inside. It was still dirty on the outside and the interior leather was still dirty. Windows were streaked and I had to clean the inside myself. All the employees were extremely rude. I will never go there again. For the same price I could have gone to Valero on Auto Parkway. When they get done it is like a detail. No wonder the place is always empty. read more

I don't get why this place has any bad reviews at all. Both me and my husband get exceptional customer service here. Our cars get washed and complete detail in like 20 to 30 minutes. They make our cars look brand new again! Everyone that works here has always been nothing but courteous and genuine. And really, you can't beat the price. $20 for everything they do is a steal! I get so sad when they are closed because of rain!!!!! Love you guys! UPDATE: accidentally left my brand new $20 Starbucks thermos on the table, called up today and they set it aside for me!! This place is the most unprofessional establishment. They stare at you upon arrival and are not helpful our friendly. They shove a card at you and wanting to know which one? Don't even give you time to read as to what each level does. You quickly pick one and they grunt to leave keys in car and walk away. Everything looks broken or not working. Taped up everywhere. By far the laziest car wash job I have ever paid for! Not only are they over priced but they did a terrible job and then tried to convince me that it was my fault the car still had residue because I had " waited too long" to wash my car! Then they tried to convince me to pay them $150 for a buff and wax. I came home did the cleaning myself and I got all the tree residue off my car! Very disappointed! read more

Wish I could give no star. So disappointed with B Street car wash. Pulled up to get a much-needed carwash and first thing broken was both their machines that you pay at. So a guy walks up to my window and takes my cash. I pull around to where the car wash begins and an employee sprays on my car with some water and then proceeds to walk into the car wash to manually lift up the blue spinner brush for my car to drive under it. It didn't touch my car therefore didn't clean my car. Next the vertical red spinners never turned on never touched therefore never cleaned my car either. The long hanging ones wiped the top and then my got "rinsed". Finally for the vacuum dryers. They banged hard and loud on the roof of my car. I pulled around to where you pay asked to speak to somebody. I told them that their machines are not working properly I was told that I was wrong with the machines were working. I told him all I experienced and all he said was "sorry". no refund or re-wash offer....nothing. my car was basically rinsed off not at "cleaned". I have been their previous times with no problems disappointed by how they handled the situation. Don't expect to go back there anytime soon. Waste of time and $. read more
