He has no idea how…read moreto do his job - has refused to follow the price match policy found on the Staples website, lied about the availability of an item, and on top of all that, instead of trying to find a solution, was argumentative and aggressive. Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble. The staff in the other stores in the area are worlds more pleasant than the staff here. (I posted this review on google but it seems like they removed it. Wonder who did that)

This is the closest location to return packages from my job…read more The employees are friendly and helpful, I asked where do I return Amazon orders and was pointed to the right direction. The cashier was nice there was people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. Also they give you a nice size print out of your receipt so you won't misplace it. I will definitely come back to this location.

    I had a bad experience today with Office Depot, I called customer service (SHANTEL)…read more I inquired about a package that was suppost to be delivered today. She ends up keeping me on hold for (1 hour!) when I was trying to get a supervisor. Giving me excuses saying its a 3rd party vendor. Which if OFFICE DEPOT is using this 3rd party vendor its not my concern as a customer. The package is ending up going to a different state, random address. If I didn't reach out to VEYER they were going to send my package to a random address. VEYER chat then stated I am correct it was going to a wrong address by mistake from the shipper. When speaking to VEYER, they said they going to provide a refund for my order and reship it to my correct address. then a few minutes later they said they gave me a "credit" which is different than a "refund" so thats the other issue. He didn't know the difference between the wording (refund vs credit), so i agreed with the credit and proceed with getting my package to my correct address, then I had to waste another hour on the chat getting this sorted. Still hasn't been resolved while writing this post. I wouldn't order anything from OFFICE DEPOT, again or any service that uses VEYER. they are unprofessional and the customer service representative should be held accountable, they want to waste customers time and they are clueless at doing there jobs. -----(round 2), I call today to ask for a supervisor because yesterday they didnt resolve anything on the phone... my package as of now is going to a different address thats not mine. they didnt do anything to cancel that order or provide me a refund now my package is going to another place. I received an e-mail confirming the order. After 8 days, when I had heard nothing further, I checked my order status online and found that it had been cancelled because the coupon did not apply. Somehow I fail to understand how Post-it pads with my name on it are not "custom". I guess the whole world must have my name! I never received any notification that this order had been cancelled, so I assume that I was supposed to wait forever. To add insult to injury, Office Depot FAILED TO REMOVE the hold they had placed on my debit card when I had originally placed the order. So now I have nothing and cannot use my own money for something else because of Office Depot's UTTER INCOMPETENCE. Staples....here I come.

    Dishonest company! Scrolling their website I found a good deal on some pens for my online…read morebusiness. The price was great considering the unit was by the dozen, to make sure I not mistaken I did my due diligence and called to confirm quantity and cost with an associate at Bulk Office Supply and was happy to hear that the price and quantity were listed correctly. We proceeded with my $2000 order and all was great. We then get a call about 30 minutes later from a Mr. Mohammad (sp?) which I believe to be the owner stating that one of the pens in the order qualified for bulk pricing and we actually saved a little money. Even better! We documented the entire process for our sm accounts as we do with many orders to spread the word on good deals. Fast forward a week later and the order arrived, to our surprise, the order we received was not even close to the quantity we purchased. In fact we received 1500 pens, not 1500 dozen. No problem right?, a quick call to the company to let them know the ordered had an issue. Wrong, big problem as we were then told by Mr. Mohammad that they made a mistake in pricing/quantity and will not be honoring their advertised price and instead just sent us 1/12 of we actually ordered. He then proceeded to tell me that when we previously spoke on the day of my order that he advised us of the pricing error and that we were fine with it?!?! No, wrong, would not have continued with the order if that had happened. Mr. Mohammad admitted they made a mistake, admitted the price was advertised incorrectly but in the end, refused to honor his pricing, refused to offer any help other that some rude words, false claims and told us to return the item. There is no loss here on our part, in fact we did gain something, we gained knowledge about how Bulk Office Supply really works, how they treat their business customers, how they do not own their own mistakes and instead blame you.

The young man in customer service was excellent and went way beyond his call of duty. During these difficult times when everyone is hoarding toilet paper and price gouging bulk office supply rose to the occasion and helped out someone truly in need. You'll forever have a customer in me! Thank you!
