Went in to send a package, I did not have a box and they charged me $18 for a box even though I have their discounted business account. Just to clarify this was for the box, not shipping fees. No alternatives was offered to me and though I instituted I have an account and to charge the account, they refused and made me pay outright. Additionally they did not allow me to fill up the box in the store. Which is ridiculous because if there is a weight minimum & maximum, I would like the option to increase or decrease what I put inside. But they said I have to take it home, and bring it back completely sealed. So now we are playing blind games with customers - try and guess the weight of your package. Lovely. I took the overpriced box home, filled it up, and had my daughter take it over to the the employees there are so helpful and professional. The manager at the little neck location needs to manage the great neck location. Whoever did the hiring at little neck great job!! They need to do the hiring for great neck.

I showed the employee the shipping label and the item with the measurements he looked up the price to have it shipped back. It was expensive so he advised me if there's a problem with the item contact Amazon for a free shipping label so I won't have to pay. Also FedEx can come pick up the vanity for me.
