I would like to highlight the middle-aged man with short hair on the register. He has no idea how to do his job - has refused to follow the price match policy found on the Staples website, lied about the availability of an item, and on top of all that, instead of trying to find a solution, was argumentative and aggressive. Additionally, Aisha was also very unpleasant, rushing me when I was waiting for my Staples app to load (there was one person behind me, waiting for maybe 30 seconds; not to mention the cell service in the front of the store is atrocious), and also ignoring the terms of the price match policy when I checked out with the other man, implying that she was giving me the price as a courtesy when I followed the policy to a T from the Staples website. It's a shame I won't be returning, because the location is so convenient near King Kullen and the other stores in the area. But I'd prefer to save myself the trouble. The staff in the other stores in the area are worlds more pleasant than the staff here. (I posted this review on google but it seems like they removed it. Wonder who did that) read more

I needed to return 3 Amazon packages. This is the closest location to return packages from my job. The employees are friendly and helpful, I asked where do I return Amazon orders and was pointed to the right direction. The cashier was nice there was people ahead of me but the line moved quickly. Also they give you a nice size print out of your receipt so you won't misplace it. I will definitely come back to this location. read more

I needed some printing done, and the print manager, Mr. Terrence Pierce was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. It took a couple of tries to get exactly what I needed (my unclear instructions; not his fault), and he patiently worked with me until the order was just right. On top of that, he did not charge me the extra amount for express service. In addition, the Store Manager was very helpful to me finding certain items I needed. Both are worthy of high praise. read more

Everything, and I mean everything is over-priced. They know it's a wealthy area so they price gouge their customers. On top of that they have very poor customer service. Many of the employees have a bad attitude. I go here only when I'm in a jam, and need printing fast. read more

I went in this past Tuesday to Staples because everything at my job was breaking. I needed an ethernet cable for our printer. Kui, the cashier, was most welcoming and called Kevin to assist me. I showed Kevin the cable I needed since at that time, I had no idea what it was technically called. He took me right over and assisted me with choosing the correct cable. As soon as I got back to work to replace the cable, the POE switch box died. It severly interfered with business, so I went back to Staples to purchase a new one. I found Kevin, told him my issue, and he went to the back to get my product. Kevin saved the day and was most helpful with getting everything at my job back up and running. I'm glad I can rely on Staples and their staffing. read more

WARNING: Do NOT come here for Invitations/Prints! We ordered Baby Shower invitations from here on. We centered them on the template online and were instructed to pick them up the next day May 7th, 2015 at 11am. My sister-in-law, with her 3 infants and mother in tow went to pick them up and they were not ready. She was told they would call her when they were ready so now they all need to go home and come back out. - If it was not ready, they should have called as a courtesy to inform us not to come. And if that was not bad enough, they cut the card off at the bottom! 1 centimeter off! The text was at the border and there WAS no border to the invitation anymore. They said they "could not" center it correctly and would have to print it upside down (on one side) if we wanted it centered. It is supposed to look like a "Book", what book has the back side up-side down?!? We needed them right away so we took them as is, very disappointing. Completely unprofessional. I was on my way back to my office after a meeting in Mineola. My assistant reminded me that we were low on copy paper and she was swamped with work. She asked me if I could pick some up. I googled the nearest Staples and I got off of the Long Island Expressway and found my way to a Staples on Northern Blvd. in Manhasset. I grabbed a box of paper, some legal pads and file folders and approached the register. The young man behind the counter totaled up my order and as I paid him he noticed the US Army lapel pin that I got when I was Honorably discharged as a US Army officer. He asked my what my job had been in the Army. He then told me that he had badly wanted to enlist, but epilepsy prevented him from enlisting. He then told me that Staples has a discount for active duty and retired military and he applied the discount to my purchase. This is a review for items ordered through the Staples website. Unreliable and unprofessional delivery process, with zero consideration for customers. We ordered two storage cabinets, and were told what day they would be delivered. Stayed home the entire day during the delivery window of 9-5. No delivery. Logged in and saw one line message on order site, placed there at 5 pm, that they were not able to deliver and the new delivery date was the following day. (no email or other communication for us.) The following day, stayed in again awaiting delivery. Late morning we logged onto the website and saw a new message: would not be delivered today. Now the delivery date was the following week. Again, no email or other communication. No consideration for those taking off from work or other obligations to wait for orders that don't come. Now in the process of canceling it; will never order from Staples again. read more

I sat at my desk for twenty minutes and placed an online order & prepaid @ staples.com. An hour went by and Staples said my order was ready for pick up. I drive twenty five minutes to Staples and give my order confirmation number to the cashier. She leaves the register and returns shortly thereafter and says. You are charged by the time and the copies!!! For 12 colored Regular copies cost was $14.00!!!!!!!!! Left the store furious. No one cares! Worst customer service. read more

I mainly stop it to visit the copy and print center. I am of course and DIYattic so this has been my preferred location. I make it easy on myself to have all of my documents ready to print and saved on the USB drive. I like that the staff at the copy and print center take the interest to look at the document to ensure that it is centered. When I am printing a large quantity of 1 document they usually take the time to print 1 copy for me to preview prior to moving forward and printing the remaining. This location allows for their customers to use their stapler, hole puncher and paper cutter/trimmer at their leisure (like I said I am a DIYattic so I find myself spending a lot of time here). Compared to other locations this is not readily available all of the time. I don't usually visit this store on the weekends so during the week I don't find that their are a lot of customers ahead of mean on line to print. More recently the store had scrubs on sale for $4! I was in heaven as for scrubs can get really expensive. Most of my coworkers grabbed the deal as well and came in and purchased their bargain scrubs. Since they do not have a fitting room - come on now which office supplies store has a fitting room - returns were at ease and at no hassle even with the clearance steal! The parking lot has enough spots to not have to worry. I would just beware not to park in the Staples parking lot and then walk over to the other stores. The owners are not the same and you will get chased down by the security guard to move your car. I will definitely be returning for my future printing needs. read more

I was here once before to get a poster done it was late in the day so his bad attitude and horrible customer service skills I assumed was because of the time but today I came here again a full year after the first experience this time early in the morning no other customers waiting and this guy has the same horrible attitude.
