Never a long line friendly staff. I needed to have a bathroom vanity shipped back to the company(ordered it from Amazon) it had missing pieces. The box was to big to carry I took a picture of the box with the measurements. I showed the employee the shipping label and the item with the measurements he looked up the price to have it shipped back. It was expensive so he advised me if there's a problem with the item contact Amazon for a free shipping label so I won't have to pay. Also FedEx can come pick up the vanity for me. He was very helpful. It's nice when employees take their time in assisting customers. read more

I just dropped off a return for my daughter and I was so impressed with the ease of it. The young lady Destiny was so courteous and extremely nice. Very refreshing in these times of short and some times rude people in customer service. I will make it a point to go to this location in the future even though its a little out of the way from where I live. Worth the trip!! read more

Didn't have high expectations coming to a FedEx because of the ones I've experienced in queens but I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I just arrived at this FedEx to drop of a package. It is currently 6:13pm on a Monday, and this location is scheduled to close at 8pm on Mondays. I went up to the door and tried to open it but the door was locked. A man in the store just looked at me shook his head and walked away. When I tried to get his attention again he avoided eye contact. Then a lady came in and made eye contact with me finally and when I pointed at the hours sign she rudely shook her finger at me and mouthed "no". Lazy workers closing early. Could've just let me in and return my one package along with the man who came right after me with just a letter. Even if there was reason for them to close early they could've been friendly about it, since they are the ones not abiding to their hours. read more

There is a staff shortage as there's only one person at the front servicing both print and shipping. Needed to send back a phone that had lithium battery. The customer service agent stated that I couldn't send this here as it's a dangerous good. I called corporate and they let me know that is 100% false. I ultimately shipped at lake success shopping center, about 5mi away, with no problems at all. read more

First off, screw Staples, if you want nice prints come here, the card stock is amazing! (I have a slight obsession with paper) Secondly, Monica is great!! She is super nice, friendly and was a pleasure to do business with. Came in to print some designs for greeting cards and I am so happy with the way they came out. You can tell this is a legit printing place, they know what they're doing and are happy to help. I thought I was being annoying asking about the different weight and pricing but she took the time to show me and answered all the questions I had. She told me Staples is an office supply store which does some printing, FedEx/Kinkos (I'm old, I still call it Kinkos) is a printing store which does shipping. I am forever changed and a FedEx lifer. There was another very nice guy there, didn't catch his name but he helped me the other night with laminating and held the door for me when I left then ran back in because I forgot my flash drive! I called this FedEx on Friday for a print and ship order that needed to be sent locally to arrive no later then Tuesday. I had the pleasure of working with Monica. Monica gave me the email address to where my order should be sent. She then very quickly responded to me and let me know the order was received. She also sent me the payment form which needed to be filled out signed and returned. She gave me the different printing options and asked me which quality of paper I would need. All said and done. 150 quality brochures were printed and shipped out today. I very much appreciated the attentiveness. Moreover, the professionalism and quick turn around was AMAZING. I am glad I can rely on a local print shop considering I placed this order all the way from the Bay ( Cali ). Thank you Monica for your great customer service. Hello? Does anyone work here? My machine is still telling me there is paper jammed in it even though I cleared it. Anyone? Help! This went on for a bout 15 minutes. One guy and one manager who was on the phone and a line out the door for g-d knows what. Finally, another guy came from nowhere and stepped in and helped me personally but still at this point I was already off the rail. You're a copy place and your machines don't work - why are you still in business? How can you affiliate yourself with a kinkos? Anyway, the copier that broke down had the nerve to charge me; the person who helped me adjusted the price of the other copies to make up for it, but still wasn't enough. Also, this place does not do packages...what? How can you call yourself Fed Ex? So confused. read more

I went into this FEDEX location yesterday evening 3/8/21 at about 6:30 in the evening to mail a package. I was amazed by the unfriendly service that I was given to me by the employee. I said hello. No response. I said hello again. No response. I then handed her my envelope. In the most nasty and hostile way she said "put it down". I said okay. Put it down and got my receipt. No thank you from her or have a nice day or anything. It was the worst experience that I have ever had in a Fedex and I use them a lot as I am a business member. I will never go to the Great Neck location again and you should not either unless you want to deal with a miserable employee. read more

Received fantastic service from the gentleman at the counter, who assisted me while i had my sleepy nephew in my arms. When he realized they were out of the correct size box for the package I was sending out, he quickly improvised and taped two boxes together and cushioned the laptop. Speedy and polite service. I have been using this location for a couple of years to print documents. I had an issue with regards to overpayment of printing... I came back a couple of days afterwards and explained my situation to the associate Tommy. He apologized immediately, reviewed my receipt and issues a credit for the difference. It started off poorly but Tommy came to the rescue. I felt I had to write this review because places like this tend to get a bad rep. Tommy was quick to handle the situation and also multi-tasked by ensuring other customers were being helped while he handled my store credit. Thanks Tommy! read more

I wish I can give less than 1 star. Everyone there were rude. Had to go there twice to pick up a package cause they couldn't get it right the first time. The managers weren't even willing to acknowledge the customers presents to even listen to them. They rather cut customers off and basically push them out of the store. read more
