Courtney made 3 trips back & forth to the store! She was so willing and eager to help me but also very thoughtful, caring and concerned that I was upset. This young lady is an amazing person, an exemplary employee and ambassador of goodwill for Michales. I cannot thank her enough for her courtesy and kindness!

The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have something they usually can order it for you and it doesn't take long to come in.
