Installation hasn't been completed so we shall see how the subcontractors do. Daniel and Eric delivered our new grill. They could not have been any nicer. I went in there to look at a washing machine that my husband wanted me to buy. Stephen walked me through the whole process and he listened to my needs. He never judged me, but through asking me questions and listening to what I was looking, for he steered me into the direction of a much less expensive washing machine. Because that model actually met my needs. Because I'm a girl and I don't really know things he really could've ripped me off but he didn't. I really appreciate Steven, taking the time to walk me through all the different models and all the different features and helping me. I had even told him that I could not buy the washing machine today because again I'm just a girl and that my husband would have to come and help me buy the washing machine cause I don't know how to do things. Even though he knew, I wasn't going to buy that washing machine right then , he's still spent at least 30 minutes explaining everything to me. So basically, if you don't want to get ripped off and you want to talk to someone who really knows what they're talking about and you have to buy your third washing machine in 10 years like I'm having to do ( uhhhh ) go talk to Steven. He's going to treat you right and smell good the entire time.

Since I needed two chairs for an area of one of my porches I decided to check it out. The article said that you more or less needed to stalk them because when the shipment of outdoor furniture arrives, they usually sell out quickly. So that's what I did. I got exactly what I was looking for in the space and honestly wish I had waited to buy some other items that were significantly pricier.Live and learn. I will say that I was not the only one stalking them. I actually had to sit in one of the chairs to keep someone else from buying them. They also had a small matching table in the set to complete it. The brand was Brooks Brothers who I am fairly positive never sold outdoor furniture. lol. They also had other brand names. Picked up some kitchen and bathroom items as well. I will note that some days it is fully stocked with a million options and others it is practically empty. I can be patient when it comes to getting a good deal so I just wait for a new shipment. I found the employees to be quite helpful and if you see a damaged item you think you can repair, they will find a manager that you can dicker with. Gotta love that!

She spoke so incredibly rude to her store employees and she made them so upset and told them to just "clock out and go home". How about have a little respect for your employees and do not speak to your employees that way. After speaking to a few other store employees about the rude encounter we had with the store manager it seems that she is allowed to talk and treat people how ever she feels. The store was very disorganized and she was unwilling to give out corporates number. The value here would be spending my money at a store that can actually function and talk to their employees with some sense.

They have all your home needs--kitchen ware, dining ware, decorative pillows, huge area rugs, floor length mirrors, art, lamps, etc. You can find some really unique pieces. They also have a great holiday selection. The prices are good. I could spend an hour or two in here. The aisles are fairly organized. The restroom is large and clean. I try to stop here whenever I have time!
