This showroom and office space has recently been redone to display more of their product line offerings. It is very spacious and welcoming for customers. Their representatives always come to our site, but they were having an Open House so it was nice to personally see what goes on behind the scenes. There's a separate sales room and the designers are in the front with the samples. There is a huge room that includes products used in schools and can be used as a conference room as well. The President was even on hand to meet and greet.

He colluded with others to the extent cause numerous charges on my credit card. The order could not be completed because of his misconduct amid others. Be careful with this guy he is dangerous. If you are shopping products double check his work. He should be in jail.

I brought them back in the store, received two new ones and brought them home only to find that they had the same issue as the first two. The employee seemed less than concerned about the fact that their products didn't work, unapologetic and un-sympathetic to the fact that I had to take multiple trips (I spent 2 hours through the entire process) because of the lack of quality they are selling. About a couple years ago, I purchased a set of ink cartridges for a Brother mfc-290c that I had owned. To my surprise, the black did not print at all. Barry from cartridge world in Mount Pleasant S.C told me over the phone that the heads needed cleaning and I should bring the printer in to let him check it out. However, I decided at the time to stop using the old Brother printer and get a new printer from a local office supply store. For a long time, I stopped shopping at cartridge world until recently; and regretfully so. The other day I purchased a HP-61 black replacement. The same Barry greeted me. He immediately took my old cartridge and said, "In order to get a replacement you have to give me your old cartridge" which was bad news because my old one wasn't completely empty. To make a long story short, once again the black replacement was empty. But this time I called in to file a complaint and Barry told me over the phone to just bring it back and he will replace it for me. When I arrived at Cartridge World He proceeded to charge me full price for the replacement. I refused after being misled by the phone conversation as if he was going to replace it free of charge. And that's not all, Barry tried to keep my faulty cartridge but I asked him to give it back to me. I traded in an almost empty cartridge only to pay for a completely empty one. What an arrogant RIP OFF!!!!!!
