After waiting 2 weeks, I was contacted by email that I had missed my delivery date and that they would be so gracious as to waive the $100 fee for re-delivery. I called the delivery company and they stated they had left a voice mail (no such voice mail) about the date of delivery. Dave in Customer Service was particularly rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I felt blamed for THEIR mistake. I won't order from them again because of this experience and wouldn't recommend them.

The only thing that bugs me is that they are only open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm, so if you work full time and have a side business, you have to work some magic in your schedule or plan on showing up to work late.
