In the back, we had custom railings made from Valley Unit Step, partly because they fit perfectly to our poured slab steps, and also because we just felt far more comfortable having professionals install the railings. It only took about a month for them to fabricate the handrails for our back stoop, and they installed our front steps and back railings at the same time. They are both beautiful and we are very happy with the work. I was so happy I even had to call and ask for my bill so I could pay for the fantastic service! My eye caught the attention of the backed by the BBB sign. I called and set up an appointment when much to my surprise, one of the owners came to my home to access my backyard specifications. Not too often do you see the owner do this. One of the Friendliest people I have ever met. Soon after that, another owner with his crew showed up to begin the work. When framed with wood and the cement in, they put a hard coating on top with the stamp of my liking into it and it was then sealed. I was impressed with the crew that was very friendly and hard working. The lead construction worker came and asked me one more time what I wanted so that it was right. the owner came before the job and asked me also, what I wanted so the job was done right, and I would be pleased with the outcome. When completed, I noticed that some of the coloring that they put down was much lighter in a few areas and I was not totally happy with the results. The owner then contacted me and addressed what was wrong. He then came to my house himself and put more coloring in the areas that I thought didn't look right. then it was sealed again in some areas. he didn't have to do this, but he wanted me to be 100% pleased with his product. Wow, I have never had a company make such an effort to do a job well done and to my specifications. I could tell that the company and their reputation meant a lot to them. Although it took longer than expected to complete because of the rainy spring we had, the owner kept in contact with me through the entire time it took to put my patio in. Some in the past have left me many days, wondering if and when they were coming back. This company has owners and workers who care and have a conscience about doing a job well done and the happiness of their client. Ryan gave me a quote and made sure I was satisfied with everything before he even started the job. I had them lay bullet edgers around my house, plant several flowers for us, and fill in with red granite. I also had them extend our patio with red granite. Ryan and his team started at 8am and finished at 5pm. When they finished they cleaned and swept up everything and even planted some grass seed around the edging. They were awesome and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a landscaping job big or small.

We had many communication and he did the work timely. The patio looks good even though he didn't match the patio bricks with the existing patio. The problem is that we were installing a hot tub with a gazebo and the area is not the size we needed to fit the gazebo design we were going to install. We thought we were getting a 12 x 12 ft area which is what we needed for our hot tub and gazebo. On the day of excavating we went over what we wanted but because we didn't have a drawing and they didn't even take the time to get a piece of paper to do a simple layout so everyone would understand the way we wanted it was not done the way we wanted and could of been avoided with a drawing. The patio wasn't 12 ft wide which we needed. The footings were not in the correct place because the patio was not the correct size. Not only that they didn't leave the footings exposed so now we have to remove the blocks a dig for the footings. We contacted them to explain our concerns and they offered no resolution, not even to expose the footings, but blamed it on miscommunications. I feel that they are the professionals and should of made sure everyone understood what the plan was by doing a drawing. I wouldn't hire them again or recommend them. I wish we would of waited for Proscape who did our first patio, they are way more professional and do great work.

The first time, they claimed I had canceled, which was impossible as they had an incorrect phone number on my account. For the second appointment, they gave me a 3-hour window but never showed up. Their failure to show up twice, especially after I confirmed the correct contact information, resulted in two wasted days for me. This lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable.
