The service counter guy said yep, you have three years to bring it back in. So, two years later I described my leak (a clear design flaw and not due to misuse, its a common issue with the sprayers). They stated that it would not be covered under the warranty and the tank was only covered for a year. They redesigned the sprayers now and a replacement tank isn't available and even if it were, it would be $100 to replace it every year. So that is pretty disappointing. I then checked with Milwaukee and they are covering it under the warranty and sending me a brand new, new model, sprayer which retails $100 more than the one I purchased. Moral of the story, if The Power Tool Store wants to charge you for something, check with Milwaukee first. Love Milwaukee...kinda disappointed with The Power Tool Store.

Ordered a tool from them using Shop on December 1st as a Christmas present. No communication from…read morethem. When I realized the item had not shipped the customer service representative on their live chat was extremely sarcastic and blamed the manufacturer transit times. I was able to find the tool from another vendor and get expedited shipping. Do not rely on them to address concerns in a positive cooperative manner.

This company is a joke. Literally. 0 stars would be more appropriate than 1. The quality of work…read moreand the customer service is absolutely brutal and that is an understatement. They attempted to provide service for water damage in my home which escalated into a mold remediation and asbestos abatement job. They pulled their equipment before the dry out was completed. They did mold remediation with no containment and left moldy building materials in my home and garage. They are not licensed to provide asbestos abatement but proceeded to do so, again with no containment, putting me, my home, and their un-trained employees at risk and exposed to extremely unhealthy conditions. They damaged windows and appliances while performing their work and refused to replace them. The list of awful things goes on and on and ultimately they walked away from the job without ever finishing the work ( I'm actually ok with that because they have no idea what they're doing) but they did send the director of operations, Mike, out to address my concerns and he provided me with an incredibly terrible customer service experience, so I requested that the owner of this franchise, Todd Frank, contact me so I could discuss the situation with him. I was mistakenly under the impression that he cared about his business and the quality of work his people are providing, but I have yet to hear from him or receive a call. Pretty sad I would highly recommend not using their services
