The pricing was reasonable for the area, the delivery and installation were completed quickly, and the crew was professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to put down tarps to keep dirt from being tracked inside. My only suggestion for improvement is the billing process--I would have appreciated the option to pay by credit card on the day of installation and receive invoices by email, and including a return envelope with the mailed bill would have been helpful. The first time, they claimed I had canceled, which was impossible as they had an incorrect phone number on my account. For the second appointment, they gave me a 3-hour window but never showed up. Their failure to show up twice, especially after I confirmed the correct contact information, resulted in two wasted days for me. Disaster. Go someplace else for your fireplace and stone. Badger in FDL isn't too far away. Go there. Don't settle for this company. Sales department doesn't share customer specifics with the accounting department. Accounting department readily sends out threatening letters that you will be sued if you don't pay up, even though you worked with the sales department on the timeline, and you were under the impression the timeline was fine. Accountant has off hours maybe. Doesn't return calls. Poorly run for sure. read more

They came out and looked at it and did some minor repairs and when they said no charge I was stunned. To find a company like this is truly amazing. I liked them enough for price and installation. However, when it can to servicing the gas fireplace, telling me the earliest appointment to come out and fix it is 3 weeks out is unacceptable. That is with me being available any day they could make it! Why would I want to use the fireplace in the winter anyway!
