I also appreciated the fact that Kyra did not try to upsell us. We asked her how much cake we needed for the # of guests we have. Both she and the baker said that the order we entered would be a LOT of cake and would result in massive leftovers. We would not have space in our fridge for that much leftover cake. I appreciated the fact that Kyra was honest and gave us a good recommendation as opposed to trying to sell us more than what we needed. That type of professional honesty results in repeat customers.
