Then, I was over drafted by 315.00 for my house because APPARENTLY-my agent that I paid don't give me the correct information. Come to find out my agent has to cancel the policy, I had to sit on the phone for two hours to get in touch with someone to help me get it canceled. It's been 2 weeks and no refund yet, emailed Candi and of course she is not in the office the rest of the week and will have to get back to me next week. Very poor and unreliable insurance agency, quick to take ur money and extremely uncooperative and not their when u need them, even though u paid them 99.00 to be ur agent.
