I don't recommend this company to anyone, it's easier to find insurance on your own. I had a good…read morerun with Jason for a few yrs. But once I was assigned Candi, I thought things was good until I found better insurance myself and didn't charge myself 99.00 to find it. The problem came when I asked to cancel my insurance and was emailed by her telling me that Liberty will automatically cancel my insurance on house as long as I canceled car insurance. Then, I was over drafted by 315.00 for my house because APPARENTLY-my agent that I paid don't give me the correct information. Come to find out my agent has to cancel the policy, I had to sit on the phone for two hours to get in touch with someone to help me get it canceled. It's been 2 weeks and no refund yet, emailed Candi and of course she is not in the office the rest of the week and will have to get back to me next week. Very poor and unreliable insurance agency, quick to take ur money and extremely uncooperative and not their when u need them, even though u paid them 99.00 to be ur agent. I'll keep my money and say, she is not worth dealing with.

I saved over half by going out and shopping on my own. The only time I got a call from Candi was after she was notified that I canceled my policy. Would not recommend.
