Yet I took a sick day off for a cleaning that never happened. So here I am at work, and they call me to reschedule. Now I need my insurance information and provider number, which means I have to leave my desk, go the the garage, and leave my phone and the work I am doing to give them a number or a card that I can clearly bring in on the day of the appointment. So the real question is, how did you make the first appointment without my insurance card? I am an educator with a good job, so bringing the card in would be a no-brainer. Obviously, they do not need any new clients.

My daughters are new patients and needed their 6 month cleaning/exam. I spoke with Denise and we went over everything for them being new patient's. So we get all the way up here and their doors are locked. Boy oh boy the feeling I am feeling right now. I called and left a message and checked their website hours on Yelp and it shows the office should be open from 8:00 to 1:00 p.m. What really has me boiling is that the office personnel who schedule my appointments. I spoke with twice not just once to validate my appointments and my information. No one ever called me and told me they would not be open and that I would need to reschedule - three months went by and nothing. This is poor office practice, and very poor customer service.

After immediately taking some x-rays of my mouth area, the doctor found the issue, and he extracted two of my wisdom teeth. He is skilled with his hands and did not feel the entire process during the emergency procedure. The pain went away instantly! I have been going back to all my dentist appointments since! They were extremely shady and dishonest about if my insurance covered my appointment. They held the information that I was out of network even when I repeatedly asked if everything we were doing was covered. I was told that it would be. They were all in such a rush to get to lunch that the dental hygienist said we had to hurry up and that we might not get to everything today (I was only there for a simple cleaning). When I left, the receptionist said I was all good that everything was covered. I was handed no bill or any paperwork of my visit there. A week and a half later I got an outstanding bill and my insurance did not cover it because the dental office was out of network.
