I received a great response as Wells Lawn Care was able to come out the same day and take care of our initial mowing, trimming, and edging needs. Derek Wells, the owner, responded to the message I left personally and almost immediately. Since this initial interaction, we have pursued other services with Derek and Wells Lawn care. We have contracted the following services lawn fertilization, mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding, for the Spring 2016 season. In addition we are collaborating with Wells on a much larger project for our yard/outdoor space. This is being completed in stages with the first being the demolition of our current patio and deck & installation proper grading/draining in the back yard this fall (2015). In spring/summer (2016) we have plans with Wells to install a paving-stone patio/path, outdoor kitchen, and replace or improve existing landscaping (hardscape and softscape) throughout the rest of our property. I called and was told that since I did not return a phone call last year that they would be unable to remove the new peonies until June. By then, they should be full grown. Very bad business on the part of Ms. Aly and her team. I am very disappointed in Wilson Lawn and if you are charging that amount of money for 15 minutes of work, you should back up your poor performance. I would not recommend their performance or their inability to guarantee their work.
