They have an app for check ins, which was painless and easy to use. There wasn't a wait, so we checked in and drove to the salon. We were greeted immediately and put at ease by the friendly staff. They LISTENED! And offered suggestions, which were great. The salon was clean and neat, well organized and comfortable. Music playing, but not blaring. Our haircuts were quick, but well done. I felt at ease and so did my teen. (They took extra care with his cut due to sensory issues.) They also keep notes in the computer about your cut to eliminate guesswork on return visits!!!
