We asked for the cod croquettes. They were tender and flavourful. Our 2nd choice was the sausage cooked in cider. It had big flavour! Our bread soaked up the sauce. The 3rd was the blood sausage. It was my absolute favorite. I've been all over the world and have had lots of "blood pudding". This is by far the best. We finished with a cheese plate with 3 kinds. A flavourful plate. Not for wimps. It was accompanied by walnuts and candy. I spread some softer cheese on the rest of my bread. We had a very enjoyable experience. The menu was really colorful and easy to read, though it was confusing to differentiate between the breakfast and lunch menu sections. The mussels were delicious. The sauce was great. Special call out to the creative plating and interesting plate designs that were provided. Many meals were served visually interesting wooden bowls or plates with bark adorning the sides.
