As soon as I walked in I knew it was the place for me. It is smaller than many of the other stores but the quality of the products is amazing. Nicole greeted me and asked what I was looking for. She offered to help or let me browse. I knew I was looking for a complete living room set. Nicole spent over two hours working with me and pulling together a special order that was perfect for our home. We played with lots of different fabric samples until we got just the right combination. I am thrilled. Sadly custom orders are taking up to six months right now. Hopefully that will get better soon. Definitely come on if you are looking for high end furniture. The prices were fair and Nicole has a great eye for pulling things together. Overall the store has a more traditional feel but you can make the pieces whatever you want them to be with the wide fabric selection they have. I am thrilled I found them and will definitely buy more from them in the future. Come in. You will be glad you did.

I called and there was never a return phone call. The next day in the pouring down rain we drove to our lake home to check on something and our couch was sitting in that driveway. Mind you we have not had furniture delivered out there in 10 years.....our receipt for this couch NEVER had this address on it. I called several more times as the couch is damaged, it was not delivered to the right house that was on the receipt. AND WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A PHONE CALL BACK!!!! This is terrible service. We will not purchase anything from here again.

The selection was really good, and everything we purchased was either in stock or available the next day. Same day delivery was perfect for our needs. Customer service was excellent as well. Dave, the manager, was available and helpful when we needed assistance but didn't pressure us at all. I appreciated that there was no hard sell or pressure to upgrade or purchase additional items. We came in with a list of what we needed, knew what we wanted to spend, and actually spent less than what we had budgeted. The warehouse setting actually made it easier for us to compare and select the furniture pieces we wanted. Prices are clearly marked and are extremely reasonable.
