When we arrived the following evening we were delighted to see that the restaurant on Via Risiogimento. 1 in Peschiera has an unobstructed view of the beautiful Lake Garda. We chose outside seating to take advantage of the spectacular views and crowds heading to their selected restaurants. Once seated and able to view the menu we knew the temptation to try all culinary choices would not be possible. Customer service confirmed the restaurants reputation as did the five star Appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts that followed. One thing is certain, there is a difference between a good meal and a gourmet meal. One particular item we ordered in this area of Italy know for its seafood delicacies was the mussels in broth. When the heaping bowls arrived this flavorful treat was all we needed to make a return reservation for several days later and that was before savoring our main course. Recently Italy was selected as the best choice for food specialties and gourmet servings.
